I phoned a few plumbers because my mum had a leak and couldn't turn the water off, none of them turned up after they said they would, so eventually rang Tom who came out straight away (Sunday morning), fixed the leak within 10 minutes, and even cleaned up all the water and mess caused from the leak. He could see my mum was upset from the leak and he did everything he could to make sure she was ok. Really top bloke, me and my family will never use any other plumber.

Really pleased with Toms work. Fitted a combi boiler for me at my house, very good price and included extras in the original price. Carried out the work to a brilliant standard, cant recommend him enough.

Phoned up tom and he came all the way to telford to give me quote (which was cheaper by £850) to the nearest other quote. Removed the old boiler from the kitchen wall and fitted the new one over the other side of the house and re-routed all the pipework. All finished and working within a day! 5 star plus.

I rang Tom to come and look at my radiators as they were not heating up, he came the same afternoon as i explained I had a small child. He sourced the problem straight away and removed the radiator and flushed it through and re-fitted it in no time at all, Tom was very thorough at his work and even checked my boiler which was making a funny noise and told me i had low pressure and adjusted it for me at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone and have also given his number to friends and colleagues.

We had Tom in to fit a new boiler, he charged us £980 for a combi boiler with a 5 year warranty, the nearest quote to Toms was £1600! We would highly Recommend Tom, really knows his stuff, very tidy worker and a really nice bloke.

Tom serviced our boiler and altered some pipe work was pleased with the work carried out just waiting for receipt.

My landlord delayed paying for boiler so i had a FREEZING winter thanks to him,but when first call came the man spent 6hrs (approx)fitting new boiler know cutting corners at all (he didn`t have a lunch break either)he was proffesional he new the game well so i was pleased with first call,i reccommend.
