Came out within an hour. Fixed problem and machine back up and running. Excellent.

My Siemens washing machine broke down. It tripped a fuse when I tried to use it. It is 8. 5 years old so I wondered if it would be worth fixing. I was relieved when we found Tom Ford Domestic Services were operating locally even though we are still in lockdown. Service was prompt. Engineer wore mask and gloves and was able to observe social distancing. The problem was the heating element. He had one in the van. All was fixed and working quickly and for a reasonable price. Called Tom as the spin cycle on my washing machine had stopped working a couple of days ago. Thought £30 call out charge worth spending to get a diagnosis of the fault. Engineer turned up at agreed time and quickly found the fault and fixed it. He was roughly one hour and only charged £27 for the work so a total of £57 and my machine is fine again.

Bosch washing machine stopped spinning. Called Friday afternoon appointment booked for next day afternoon. Contacted me later that day to offer appointment am instead which was great news! Arrived on time, efficient, friendly and reasonable cost for repair. All in all excellent service would highly recommend to all. Thank you.

Phoned company for a quote and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged a visit from engineer (Darren). He arrived when arranged, was cheerful and knowledgeable and charged only £30! Great service….

Called Tom Form for an urgent call out and engineer arrived by 8am the next day. Darren troubleshooted the issue and got to the root cause straight away, discussed the problem, fixed and was in and out within half a hour. Excellent friendly service, good value for money, would definitely be using them again (if required) and would certainly recommend them to others. Thank you very much Darren.

I called Tom Ford at 10:45am. By 12:30 Darren, Tom's son in law had arrived. After a check of my washing machine Darren confirmed that the pump needed replacing. A quick trip out to his van to get the part and by 1pm it was fitted. A £30 labour charge plus £28 for the pump and I now have a fully working washing machine once more. Very happy with how quickly this was fixed. Has saved us buying a new washing machine.

On discovering that out washing machine was broken, I emailed details of the problem via the contact form on the tomford-domesticservices website. I received a call shortly thereafter from a very friendly chap who booked in an engineer for 08. 15 the following day. On the day, I received a courtesy call at 08. 00 to say the engineer was coming and he arrived bang on time. I made us both a coffee and the job was done before I had finished mine! Very friendly, great service, excellent value; I will not hesitate to use again and can recommend this company very highly indeed!

Superb service, called with a washing machine problem at 9. 00 am, an engineer was with me by 9. 20 and the machine repaired and operational again by 10. 00 am. Friendly and efficient service by all involved. Really impressed ! I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Lovely man answered phone… told me when someone could come which was both sooner and cheaper than any other company I contacted…then phoned back to say the engineer could come even sooner! . Which he did. Problem was fairly simple so whole thing only cost the call out fee of £30. Would use again and would recommend to friends.
