Great company! Ordered some Reece’s Pieces that I couldn’t get elsewhere and got them faster than expected. Amazing customer service, response and pricing. Can’t fault these guys!

We have only recently found this amazing store it is stocked with so many different items I think it would be impossible to try them all my wife has a liking for chilli flavours so straight away there is a massive choice of chews gummies and m and ms. I like different unusual colas etc and there is a massive choice. A 5 star rating for service value and range keep it up Wayne.

Plenty of variety (one of the best sweet shops I've seen) helpful owner, good value for money. They stock sweet I haven't seen for years, Will definitely visit again soon.

Absolutely terrible customer service, being told lies from the manager and when the 'sweets' finally did arrive - over a week later and all split most opened, I was subject to horrific customer service. Don't bother - look at his replies to negative feedback on EBay!

Absolutely amazing service. When I had a scheduling issue that required my order to be delivered sooner, they were only too happy to upgrade my delivery for free and kept me abreast of stock issues, offering me other sweets in their line instead. Well packaged on arrival and a couple of extra sweets in there too. Would absolutely use again. You guys are fantastic!

I was delighted that a late order was filled just in time for Christmas. Wayne kept in touch with me as there were some items out of stock which are now being sent without further prompting. Great Service thanks.

First time using ToffeeWorld and I thought they were amazing. Cost was very good, cheaper than most places I looked at. Excellent delivery service, didn't expect it so quick! Needed a present fast so i paid the extra for the gold service at 2. 30 on Tuesday they arrived the next morning i will be back soon.

I tried to catch them out by asking for Liquorice Root, something I had craved for ages. They had it, but, I was disappointed,as it wasn't like I remembered. Taste buds, change as you get older. My second choice of Lions Midget Gems were by far as delicious as I remember. All in all a tremendous shop steeped in nostalgia.

I first came across Toffeeworld on the Internet and was pleasantly surprised with the next day service. On a recent visit to Colwyn Bay I called in to talk to the manager Wayne. I didn't realise how many different sweets and toffees were manufactured. Wayne reckons he has over 5000 jars alone. His knowledge of Sweets is exceptional and was clear to point out the different quality of what appeared as the same sweet. He stocks most popular cheaper brands, but prides himself by comparing the difference of a cheap sweet selling at say 60p per 100gms and one at 99p the flavour is so much better and well worth the extra. But, most people won't pay that little bit extra for quality, they want quantity. I bought some Lemon Sherbets. Oh! The difference, the dearer one was so much better that I promised myself never to buy Cheap & Nasty only "The Best for me" in future. Good Luck - Alan Berkeley.Moreexpand_more

I have used Toffeeworld on a number of occasions. Not only are their prices some of the best on the web, they have a massive range of choice, are very quick to deliver and offer excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.
