Agreed to electrical work, took money (£400)for materials which weren't bought, time scale and quote for work were inaccurate, damaged the property, gave the customer an electric shock. Took ceiling down, and left the house in a disgusting mess. Promised to come back and complete and didn't. Ignored phone calls. Demanded further payment prior to completion when had agreed to payment on completion. Very unhappy and disappointed. Will cost a considerable amount to put right the damage.

I would strongly recommend TM Property Services and would use again. I am very satisfied and pleased that within 24 hours of posting my problem my boiler was back up and running. TM Property Services went that extra mile (literally) to get the part needed to fix my boiler.
