Founded in 2009, TIS Solutions and The Insolvency Shop has 10 years of experience in the debt advice sector, and provides debt solutions and business support solutions to clients throughout England and Wales. The company is located in Plymouth.

Paul Thomas has more than 20 years experience in building and running national and international businesses and has the necessary experience to help with start-up companies to companies in need of restructuring. TIS can also assist businesses who are facing financial pressures, working with the owners to formulate and implement recovery solutions, whilst protecting the owners/directors.

It also provides support and solutions to individuals who are facing severe debt problems through a range of services including negotiated settlements, IVAs and bankruptcies, working for the client to ensure the effects on their family, assets and way of life are minimised, being engaged with a client for 5 years to ensure a successful conclusion.

With passion, honesty and fully qualified staff, the company delivers a professional range of business support, financial and debt solutions to businesses and individuals. The services are designed to resolve business and debt problems, helping clients to regain control and recover from the pressures of serious debt problems.

TIS is able to work with new and ongoing businesses to formulate structures and solutions to help drive a business forward and help it grow.

TIS Solutions and The Insolvency Shop has a growing client base, situated predominantly in the southwest but throughout England and Wales, including electricians, construction companies, graphic designers, solicitors, haulage companies, hotels and restaurants, retailers and wholesale businesses.

Client turnover ranges from GBP50,000 to GBP15million per year.

The main client base for individual insolvency work tends to be from GBP10,000 upwards, although any client with debt problems is encouraged to call.

Any initial meeting is free of charge and without obligation and the over riding factor is always to give a client the best advice possible.

Since 2016 we have also had an office in South Wales so we now cover regularly the Southwest, Midlands and Northwest of England and Wales.
