Tiptree Patisserie is a wholesale bakery and patisserie based in Witham, and are producers of quality handmade cakes, desserts and high-class patisserie items. The home of Afternoon Tea.

Our skilled team of bakers, pastry chefs and cake decorators make a wide range of products on a daily basis for our valued customers including traditional sponge cakes, traybakes, cheesecakes, tarts and much more.

Our products are produced for many establishments including: coffee shops, deli’s, luxury hotels, major sporting venues, food caterers, visitor attractions and garden centres.

We can also supply direct to the public for local deliveries and collections.

Our exciting range of products include classics such as Lemon Meringue and Victoria Sponge, to more unusual varieties such as our Paradise Cake, Lavender Shortbread and Jam Jar Cheesecakes - to name a few. Sweet treats are our speciality!

Our range of 'Afternoon Tea Selection Boxes' are unique to us and offer the perfect pre-portioned bitesize pieces, ready to go, ideal for event caterers, wholesale or family gatherings.

We take pride in all of our products and our cherished recipes of 20 years, all handled in our purpose built facility in the heart of Essex.
