Steven and his team were exceptional, they always went above and beyond to achieve what we had asked. No other company were able to provide what we needed, but they did. They worked hard, always showed up on time and stuck to the schedule. Steven managed all aspects of the project and worked well with building control. All his contractors were hard working and reliable. Can’t fault any of the work done, would highly recommend.

Very good and conscientious work. Completed through all difficulties caused by very adverse weather. This was a unique project extending a listed building in a sensitive way. It is a very high class result. Steve has an excellent team of highly skilled craftsmen working with him. He also kept to the budget and asked for no upfront payments. Very happy with everything.

Timberlog Build have done a number of projects on my home including a loft conversion and single story extension. More recently they have replaced the old pebble dash for a much better k-rend. As always the work was done quickly, efficiently and at the agreed budget. I can’t recommended Istvan and the team at Timberlog build highly enough.

Steven and his team did an excellent job building our new garage annex - reliable, tidy, excellent craftsmanship and always kept us informed. Really impressed at their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.

It’s hard to describe just how professional and knowledgable Steven is, I had a vision and sketched up plans for Steven to review, advise on improvements and then draft into Construction plans for final review. The attention to detail in the planning of the Mobile Log Cabin that Steven delivered for my parents to live in was second to none. From the very first conversation with Steven, to the final piece of work on the cabin was a pleasure. A very honest and reliable service and the team building the cabin were fantastic despite the logistical challenges of distance from kerbside to the cabin location. Nothing was too much trouble and Steven and the team were very tidy, respectful and efficient throughout the build process. We are over the moon with our new cabin. Steven was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice, we gave him a rough drawing of what we wanted, and now we have a home to that exact drawing. He knew all about the rules and regs of the planning side for a 'mobile home'. He is always available to talk, even with all the questions and changes I made! Steven made us feel very comfortable with all of our decisions and helped point us in the right direction for the best outcome. His team on site were absolutely great, very hardworking and friendly. We cant believe how quickly it all came together. He provided and managed the groudwork, electrician and plumber like clockwork. We highly recommend working with Steven Hodi and his team. Steven has a very good knowledge of the planning permission rules for mobile homes. He connected us with a good person to prepare the site. He put up the log cabin within the 3 weeks that he had committed to, complete with kitchen and bathroom installation, electrics and plumbing. We found Steven Hodi very easy to work with. He returned calls and emails immediately. We are very impressed with the quality of the work and the log cabin is extremely attractive both inside and outside. Steven designed the cabin with us to meet the mobile home regulations but it looks so much better than other mobile home companies products that we had spoken with prior to meeting Steven.

We are so happy with the 3 bedroom + loo extension to our log cabin. Steven improved our initial designs and completed the job to a high spec, and within the estimated time frame. He was extremely knowledable about all aspects of the job. Great communication and high quality materials - no job too small. We are particularly pleased with the cupboards and sauna that were made to our exact requirements :). Thank you again!

The company was very accommodating from the initial stages of planning to the actual build. The log cabin went up very quickly and the workmen worked hard to finish the project to a high standard. Any problems that arose were sorted out quickly and with minimal fuss or disturbance to me. The log cabin is being enjoyed very much at the moment.

Cannot praise Steven and his team enough. We changed our mind at least five times throughout the year before we ordered and Steven accomadated and advised all along the way. The build team were great and displayed a work ethic I think we could all learn from and were patience and efficient whilst we asked them a million questions. Great job. Great quality. And a great service. And a great home.

After spending almost a year searching for a log cabin mobile home for our daughter and two young sons to live in as an annexe to our house we were introduced to Steven. Who owns Timberlogbuild. He came and discussed what he could supply and build for us. We were quite specific in what we wanted and he was very accommodating. We altered the design several times to get the cabin just right. We chose the largest cabin we could get on the land and obtain planning permission for 11X6 mts. Finally after our agreeing and paying our deposit the building arrived and his team completed the build within two weeks. A rather belated, but heartfelt thankyou to Steven, and all at Timberlog build. I ordered a 9m x 6m timber twin unit mobile home from them at the end of July. Despite my worries, my new cabin turned up on the day expected, and on Sunday 23rd Aug, Steve arrived with four workers and started off loading. By the end of the day the two sides of the floor were built, and walls going up. Unfortunately, the weather was rubbish for the next week, but within another day and ahalf the roof was water tight, and everything dried out perfectly. After this progress was rapid, and once again any fears I had about Quality disapeared. I tweeked a couple of the initial design details, putting velux windows in the vaulted lounge and bedroom ceilings and vertical larch cladding on the outside. Both of these went smoothly and proffesionly. I could go on, but will cut it short to say the finiished cabin far exceed's what I expeced. From the engineered oak floor, the windows and doors, the insulation and warmth of living in it now for a month, trust me i, m very happy. Most of my friends really can, t believe the quality and beauty of my new home, especially at the cost. I'm still a neanderthal on the internet, but will try and get some photoes uploaded.
