My PC went down on Tuesday morning. I spend anything up to 3 hours a day on it, online, or working on Word or Excel documents - which I save on the hard drive. Panic. Called Thetechshopboys, dropped my dead machine off on Tuesday evening, got it delivered back this evening (Thursday) fully working, and with all my files there. Now THAT'S what I call service!
