We recently renewed 2 flat roofs, I met the owner in Evercreech just by chance before Christmas, As a result of driving rain and strong winds we discovered a bad leak in the Bathroom. I made contact with Thermal roofing, within a few days Roy arrived, he pointed out the causes, with no high Sales pitch we decided to have new flat roofs replaced. I can highly recommend this Company, he quoted a price and explained his terms and conditions. We agreed for the work to carried out on his given date. The Roofers arrived on time and began, the 2 chaps Simon and Dimitri were very pleasant Courteous, extremely professional workers a credit to their employers. Despite the bad weather disruptions they kept in contact on a regular basis, We were delighted with the work carried out. Well done it was a pleasure having your superb services.

There's only one word to describe my interactions with Thermal Roof Ltd and that is "Brilliant". Spoke to Wayne initially in the early part of December after I had found examples of their work on an internet search. Two days later Roy and Wayne came to do a survey on our existing useless polycarbonate conservatory roof. They talked through various scenarios for our new roof and I was very pleased with the interaction which led me to believe that I would get what I wanted. They quoted three to four days for the work and sure enough they managed it in three. Whilst here the workers Roy, Joe and Demetri worked hard and with humour and an attention to detail that was second to none ( for example - they spent the good part of an hour ensuring that the replacement down pipe was installed in an aesthetically pleasing manner ). More than pleased. And at a third of the price I had been quoted for a tiled replacement.

These guys are amazing. I thoroughly recommend them and if I needed any further work doing, that they do, I would use them. I have had a new flat roof, guttering, fascia’s, soffits and cladding. Their quote was competitive. They arrived on time for appointments, paperwork was thorough, they did a fantastic job – no “dodging” when they came to snags, thorough and neat. Perfect. At the end they cleaned up – my driveway etc looked better than when they arrived it was that clean! Scaffolding arrived on Saturday, they started work on Monday (when stated) and the skip was delivered the same day and then collected the day they finished, along with part of the scaffolding. The rest of the scaffolding was collected the next day (we needed a lot). Perfect. All the lads were fab. Pleasant and hard workers. They explained what they were doing and did a walk around at the end to make sure I was happy with everything before sign off. Just fabulous. I will be giving their details to anyone who asks! We had an old felt roof that was showing signs of cracking and we were worried that it might start to leak. We got two quotes. Although Thermal Roof were not the cheapest quote, there was very little in it - however the product was streets ahead of the other companies offering. We were impressed by their representative, who was polite and helpful without being pushy or "salesman" like. We opted for the fully insulated roof, as the extension got very cold in the winter. The installers were cheery and pleasant, and cleaned up very well after themselves - although like most workmen seemed fuelled by tea! Having now had the winter (not even a particularly cold one) under the new roof we can't believe the difference - it's like a part of the main house now rather than being hit by an arctic chill when you go out there! All in all, very pleased, the job was done on the day we were told it would be, in the time we were told, for the price we were told - and done well, what more do you want.
