The Woofchester Hotel

I left Arlo, my cockerpoo who was 9 months old at the time, at Woofchester hotel for the first time. It was his first experience of boarding and I was extremely nervous about it. Cathy was so welcoming and super friendly. Made us all feel welcomed when leaving Arlo there. She said all the right things and was very reassuring. She texted me an hour after I had left Arlo, with a wonderful photo and text showing me how quickly he had settled in. She kept updating me during the whole two weeks and when Arlo returned home, not only he was happy, he was also a lot calmer and well behaved. I’ve booked Arlo for July again with Cathy and won’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for dog boarding.

My French Bulldog is now a regular at the Woofchester Hotel. What can I say, amazing hospitality for dogs. Comfortable, spacious, interactive, you can feel safe and assured that Cathy will take very good care of your dog during their stay. I receive regular updates and photos/videos of my pup enjoying himself, playing, socialising, and behaving himself for Cath :). Cath's knowledge and experience with dogs is admirable. The woofchester hotel is highly recommended!

Amazing home and amazing family. My dogs were socializing and very happy throughout their stay. They are like different dogs and have clearly enjoyed their holiday as I can see the difference in them. Cathy has a lot of time for her dogs and I thoroughly trust her. I shall be leaving them here again. It's very refreshing to know someone that specialises in small dogs as you will understand yourselves and I completely recommend Cathy. Thank you so much x.

I like to thank cathy for looking after our little shihztu cross bella and being a nice and polite and helping to reassure us about bella so we could go away with out worry lovely setup and I recommend it all day to anyone defiantly use again if need being.

In a last minute 'wedmin' induced panic, we set about on google trying to find someone who could have our pampered pooch over Mother's Day weekend. We'd never given our little boy to a kennel etc before so we were concerned to leave him in a cold dark pen, with one walk a day and no attention or play time. Thankfully we found the woofchester, this was exactly the kind of friendly loving environment that we wanted to leave our cocker spaniel in, Cathy and the family seem excited to have a new dog to play with for the weekend, he got to go for day trips to the stables with Cathy, interact with other dogs, we even received pictures of him playing with his favourite toys, and when we went to pick him up he was still playing and hardly seemed to want to leave :) the level of service Cathy offered is second to none, and we will 100% be letting our little boy holiday at the woofchester. Couldn't recommend highly enough :).

Molly my bichon frise first went to stay at the Woofchester Hotel in October 2014, she has stayed there three more times since then with the fifth visit already booked. Cathy was fantastic she made me and molly very welcome, on our first visit she knew I was concerned about leaving molly and texted me that same evening and the following morning to let me know all was well. Molly now recognises The Woofchester and runs in with tail wagging, and she always comes home looking better than she went, perfectly groomed. On Molly's last visit Cathy texted me to ask if it was ok for her to take molly to chew valley for a walk, well what a treat, molly was truly spoilt. We are very lucky to have found Cathy and The Woofchester, thank you so much.

Weekend home boarding for our 5 month old french bulldog. Lovely house, Doug seemed happy and fit in. Given warm welcome and Cathy was lovely and friendly! Wont hesitate to come back :-) x.

This was the first time I have left my dog Chelsea in kennels, and it was a pleasure and great experience for owner and dog. These kennels are of a very high quality that ensures your pet is cared for on a one to one basis; this includes kennels with under floor heating and intercom, covered exercise area, all in a secure and family environment. We left our little miniature Dachshund with Kathy for just over a week at the beginning of August. I was really worried about leaving him as he is such a baby, but he was treated like a member of their lovely family from the onset and was so very happy there. Kathy did so much to help us relax by sending us messages and even photos of Max. We would not hesitate to leave Max at the woofchester again. Max will truly look forward to his hols every year! Cathy's care is absolutely brilliant I couldn't fault anything. She looked after my 4 year old terrier, who I have never left before and who has a few medical problems, she took on board her special requirements and catered to her needs. I will definitely be booking her in for next year.

I left my 12 year old Springer Spaniels for the weekend, I wanted to see how they would react to dog boarding prior to us to leaving them there for 12 days this coming September. My dogs have not been left in kennels since they were 3 ( due to past horrible experiences in kennels) so we were a little worried how they would be. When I left them, they were really calm didn't seem stressed. Cathy, kept us updated with text messages and put our mind at rest. When we came to collect the dogs, they were really chilled and I instantly new this was the right place for them. Highly recommend.

Tara our dog returned home a very happy dog after her stay at woofchesters luxury suite. Most dog owners have concerns about what is best for their pets when they have to leave them for a while, so we are very pleased with Cathy and the service she gives, and recommend this service.

I left Max over New Year for the first time with Cathy. Her luxury kennel is fabulous and very clean. He was made to feel at home, with treats and cuddles and on return looked relaxed, well cared for and groomed! Would definitely use again. Thanks Cathy! Regards, Michelle.

My springer spaniel pup Max had a fantastic time and came home to us relaxed and well. I received a text to let me know how Max was getting on together with a picture which was brilliant and put me at ease. The Woofchester Hotel is a 'home from home' and I will definitely be using them again. Cathy was helpful, professional and re-assuring which is excellent when you are leaving a 'member of the family' in her care. Thank You Cathy.

Recently we had our podenco staying in Woofchester Hotel and she loved it! She is a very nervous girl but she settled in very well and was relaxed when I collected her. We received regular texts during her stay so we could relax as well. Recommended!

Fantastic boarding. Our Lab settled straight away, and we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing she was in a loving, caring environment, 1st class. We were sent messages and photos to let us know how she was doing. Cathy made going away guilt free! Thanks.

We recently used Woofchester for our 3 year old Doberman Keeva. Cathy was very caring and Keeva settled in very quickly she was walked and played with and we were sent texts every day and pictures telling us how she was which made us feel very relaxed about her being there, she was very content when we picked her up and have already booked her next visit. Lots of little touches to make it feel like home.

Used Woofchester Hotel for the first time last week for our 8 year old boxer (who has only been in kennels once before) Cathy made us feel so relaxed about leaving her, we received txt messages and photos of Bella sunbathing on the decking. We have already booked Bella back in for our next holiday.

Roxy ( our family dog) 5 month old staffie, booked into Woofchester Hotel for nearly 2 weeks, Cathy was fantastic looked after Roxy as one of her own we felt at total ease about having roxy stay she became one of their family which is great as to us was from home to home for her. Roxy came back home to us very calm and happy a truly great experience for us we will be booking Roxy back in very soon.

We recently used the services of The Woofchester Hotel for our 2 yorkies whilst we went aboard for a long weekend. We were very impressed with way owner Cathy treated us, Trixie and Fifi and kept us updated with text messages and pictures. We came home relaxed knowing our girls had been well looked after. We'll be booking up again next year.
