The Will Centre provides will and estate planning services to clients throughout the local area. The firm, with their office that can be found in Stoke Village in Plymouth, was set up in 1993 and has many years of experience in the will writing profession.

Services provided include wills, powers of attorney, probate, court or protection, document storage, funeral plans and much more.

Free home visits (subject to distance) are available within the local area or at The Will Centre in Stoke Village. See Office Hours below.

The firm is owned by Alan Porter who has been involved in the will writing profession since 1993. Having previously served in the Royal Navy for over 18 years, including time in submarines including active service in the Falklands Campaign, Alan is very experienced to offer advice in relation to wills and estate planning.

The dedicated and friendly team at The Will Centre include Mandy Outterside, Ray Appleton and Emma Porter, who along with Alan have over 100 years of will writing and estate planning experience between them.

The Will Centre has an expanding network of clients, located in the local area in and around Plymouth.

Office Hours are:
Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:30 but appointments can be made at the Office outside of these normal opening hours.
Home Visits:
Visits can be arranged (often at no extra charge) to you outside of normal office hours, subject to distance from our office.
