I've just bought a new violin and was extremely pleased with my purchase. Chloe was very knowledgeable and was able to advise me what would suit my needs and also had the chance to try them out without feeling rushed. Good value and was able to buy a mute, additional case and shoulder rest too on the day also from a good range of choices and good value. Would highly recommend.

My A string snapped on my violin and, as a complete beginner, I honestly wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get it replaced. I was so impressed with how quickly my email enquiry was answered. This is a bit late, but I ordered a primavera violin in may 2026. I did initially put the Wrong address, but it was sorted and was able to be changed to the correct address with just an email. Amazing customer service, and as for the violin itself, Ive had no problems whatsoever, its quality is amazing and it even came with a block of rosin that I, immediately, saw wasn’t just one of those cheap blocks that other sellers Give you. They provided a dust cloth to wipe the violin down after usage, and a list of care instructions too. Next time I need to buy a new violin, either for myself or a friend/family member, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I always use the violin company as my first port of call for any advice or products and again they didn't disappoint. A new violin shoulder rest purchased, cheaper than some companies on ebay, and delivered in a few days. Superb value, service and quality, highly recommended.
