I’ve got my younger daughter’s first full-size violin from The Violin Company, and it has great quality at a reasonable price. The communication was also very efficient - truly top service.

So over the moon with the violin I bought for my husband for Christmas! Looks so beautiful in its case, I can’t wait to see his face when he opens it! Seller was so helpful when I missed the delivery from Royal Mail helping me sort a re delivery and very fast to respond to my messages. Fantastic company and service, would definitely recommend! .

I purchased the Loreato Plus violin after a lot of lengthy research. I chose The Violin Company after reading about their workmanship and clear passion and care they have for all things violin! My new violin arrived today packaged thoroughly. The violin is beautiful, with a rich clear sound across all strings and I am truly happy with everything. The case is useful oblong shape, lightweight yet sturdy, the rosin is great, the bow and strings are upgraded. The violin itself has a classic design and so lovely. Also, the postage was tracked and quick. I have only positive things to say about my experience :) I would 100% recommend this small UK business:) Thank you very much :).

Great service all the way; spoke to Chloe on Monday, she was able to fit us in the next day, and was both personable and helpful. She sorted the issue with our violin swiftly, and the cost for services rendered was very good. The Violin Shop will be our go-to for any and all violin issues and purchases in the future.

The entire process was seamless - I came across the website on Tuesday. Submitted a rental request the same day. On Wednesday, Chloe got back to me and I completed the requested paperwork. That same day the violin was shipped and I received it on Friday. P. S. I was lucky in that I I requested a violin which they had started prepping earlier - otherwise it would have taken a couple more days. When the violin was delivered, it was in really good condition! I highly recommend renting your instrument from them - I am very happy with everything.

Sophy gave my violin a service, she cleaned up the varnish beautifully, made small adjustments to improve the sound and fitted new strings. The work was done within just a few days and at very reasonable cost.

Ordered a Gliga Genial from Chloe @ The Violin Company after a very helpful phonecall where I was given great advice on accessories and other particulars. The violin was very well packed and arrived promptly. I was notified when it was shipped and it was with me the next day. The violin has been setup perfectly, the action is perfect and the bridge fits like a glove. The instrument even came with a rosin applied to the bow and pre-tuned which tells you they take great care and play their setups before shipping them out. I can't recommend the company enough.

Fixed my bow (dethreaded screw) even though my bow made it far more awkward than it should have been. Very quick, very helpful and lovely people to talk to. Highly recommend.
