Absolutely delighted with all the work Gary did for us here - the main task was a bathroom strip out and installation of a completely new design, requiring full replumbing, repair of a longterm cracked outflow pipe, and creation of all the necessary electrics for a shower/shaving point/extractor fan and down-lighting, as well as a new vertical radiator in that room, and fitting of wet wall panels and tiling. As with all old houses, nothing was straightforward for them. Thankfully Gary is a gifted problem solver, so every single issue was remedied to a very high standard along the way. In addition to the new bathroom work, he (& his team) also wired in/installed a PIV unit, upgraded 3 security lights, replaced 2 other basin wastes, upgraded a single plug socket to a double, and even kindly unblocked our overflowing gutter as it was troubling him! Gary is punctual, polite, experienced, reliable, skilled and tidy - I would highly recommend him for any home improvement work you may need. He is responsive whenever contacted via his email and mobile, and really took the time to understand our exact needs for the work. I would have no hesitation having him back again - in fact, as they were finishing I was already mentioning future jobs I'd like his expertise on!

Gary has carried out a number of jobs for myself and family members and I can highly recommend his work. He was responsible for removing our old kitchen and fitting a full new kitchen which included extensive remodelling and this was done in a very professional and satisfactory manner.

Had a real nightmare with a leak in the heating system. This needed some investigation and Gary coordinated this very well. He appears on time and really researches solutions thoroughly before discussing things with us. The leak was located and a solution identified. Like the fact that Gary coordinates everything and as a result will only uses trades people he trusts, if he does not do the work himself. We are now getting him in to sort some long term electrical and decorating issues.
