This is a very popular style of dance that can be seen in pop videos and on MTV. Classes always start with a warm up to current pop/RnB music. The warm up is high energy and will work on building stamina, strength and flexibility. This is followed by corner work and further specialized dance exercises focussed on co-ordination. Students then learn a challenging routine to music. Within the class the students will continue to develop their co-ordination, strength, flexibility, stamina, rhythm, dynamics, balance and performance.

All ages start with one big warm up to focus the students ready for their action packed morning. They are then divided into groups and engage in dance, drama, singing and musical theatre lessons. Dance develops coordination, rhythm, flexibility and balance through learning jazz, street and musical theatre dance routines. Drama explores creativity through improvisation and role-play, improving vocabulary and diction and encouraging the students to use their imagination. Musical Theatre incorporates a vocal warm up plus singing techniques which caters for a range of abilities such as creating songs and different rhythms for the younger Yellow group versus working on harmonies, up-to-date pop and musical theatre songs for the older Red and Blue groups.
