Lovely product and very helpful customer serivce, emailing first to alert me that there may be an issue with fulfilling my order and then keeping me updated - very impressed with that. One thing that may be helpful is to have a preview of the chosen design available on the website - whilst I am happy with the product I have received it wasn't the same as I'd chosen online.

Customised mouse mat was ordered on Tuesday and received on Saturday. An excellent service pre Christmas and very good value for money. Item is a secret Santa present for my director (an avid Southampton FC fan) and I am certain he will be very happy to receive this gift.

Cloud not as expected. Bury FC colour is royal blue. The case colour was more sky blue/lilac.
