No reply, simply took the money and ignored all communication. They believe that at £5 a person the person will just accept the loss. How many people have they scammed like this? This has been reported the fraud squad.
Response : Hi David, we always reply to emails so perhaps you didn't receive our reply? Did you try calling, texting or using our social media to get in touch? As I haven't had anything from you, I presume not. Send me a message and I'll happily return your £5 to you. £5 is hardly worth running off with! .
