Ian came to my rescue when our lighting desk demonstrated a somewhat unusual fault. Not only did he locate the fault and repaired it, including liaising with Zero 88, he gave me a very full and useful explanation of the problem and exactly what had been done to remedy it. He was also very honest with the charges which was appreciated. Although I hope I never need his services again (unlikely though this may be), any future problems and I will be heading directly to him for help and guidance. Many thanks Ian.
Recommended by Zero88. Ian quickly came up with a cost effective solution to a problem with our FLX desk along with a more detailed plan if that did not work. Fortunately the first solution proved effective but will definitely keep his details on file in case of future problems.
I reached out to Ian for help identifying and tracking down a PSU for my discontinued Zero88 lighting deck. He quickly identified what I needed and ordered a spare, which arrived a few days ago, just in time for my next show. Would definitely recommend!
Ian was recommended to us from zero88 as we have an old lighting box for our school stage lights. It had stopped working and we couldn't afford to buy a new one! Ian has been amazing! Ian (The Service Guy) was recommended to me by Zero88 Customer Services, when I had contacted them regarding spare parts for a discontinued product. Ian could not be more helpful, he replied quickly and was able to assist with the parts that I required, sending them to me the very next day. I had problems with my computer, Ian came to my home at the time agreed fixing the problems also explaining the issues at the same time. He changed me a very fair price for work carried out. I had a few niggles a week later I called Ian on Saturday and he came out on Monday fixed the problem and didn’t charge me for the visit. I would certainly recommend The Service Guy.
I had a virus on my PC after my grandchildren visited and Ian cleaned out within an hour whilst explaining what he was doing. I'm thinking of buying a tablet and will be asking for his advice too.
