Fast response, brilliant service - came in hours, fixed the first issue of blocked drain, spotted a second bigger issue causing damp with a secondary blockage and then fixed that - absolutely brilliant service - thank you.

Phoned to ask if Rodfather installed Septic tanks. Unfortunately they do not however gave me excellent advice. He returned my call immediately.

Thank you, Rodfather! We've had problems with my Mum's soakaway for 3 years now. The Rodfather has been the first engineer to actually step up to the plate and tackle the problem. After clearing the blockage, another visit was scheduled to give the system a proper clear out. Dedicated, devoted, knowledgeable, helpful - and most of all, determined to see the job through to a proper completion. Anyone can set themselves up with a jetter, but having the skills, experience, and confidence to use it effectively in a specialist situation is another matter entirely. The Rodfather came up with the goods. In this instance, 20 years skill and experience down the drain is definitely a good thing!

We noticed that our downstairs loo was not flushing very quickly and was making gurgling noises. I phoned The Rodfather and he arrived within half an hour. Our house is a good 25 metres from the road and the manhole was hidden in a lean to shed at the side of the house. Having found the manhole and seeing that it was backed up the Rodfather pulled his very long powerjet hose from the back of the van, right across the garden and down the drain. A Few minutes later with a whoosh, the drain emptied and was clear. After he left there was no sign that he had been except of course the loo id flushing freely. What I though might be a huge problem was no longer a problem. Great. Quick, efficient and reasonable.

The service was brilliant and on time i am very impressed with the job that was carried out.
