The Rock Climbing Company offers climbing, abseiling and scrambling courses to customers throughout the UK. Founded in 2006, the business is based near to Betws-y-Coed and Llanberis in the heart of Snowdonia, North Wales.

The company runs a full range of adventure activities and outdoor pursuits throughout the region, working with clients to give them exciting, adventurous and safe instruction in the mountains of North Wales. The Rock Climbing Company can arrange courses for all levels of ability and experience, whether it is families looking for a rock climbing taster session, corporate team building days or performance coaching for experienced climbers.

The company and many of the courses are run by Silvia Fitzpatrick, who has the Mountain Instructor Award and is a full member of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI). Silvia is also a fully qualified PE and Modern Languages teacher and uses this experience to help clients learn new mountain skills. All instructors used by the company are fully qualified to the standards laid out by the Mountain Leader Training Board and all carry full third party insurance.

All the mountaineering and climbing courses on offer are available over a time period of your choosing and every course is constructed around your individual needs.

The Rock Climbing Company always try to arrange the climbing instruction so that it progresses at a rate clients are comfortable with, teaches them exactly what they want to know and gives them an adventure experience that they will remember for a long time.

The company is managed by Silvia Fitzpatrick who is one of Britain's best female climbers; Silvia was a member of the British climbing team for several years and British Climbing Champion, on rock she has climbed many hard routes including the North Face of the Eiger and the first female ascent of Cerro Fitz Roy in Patagonia.
