We offe Nutrition Counselling For Mental Health. Tthat includes a Full diet plan.
1 hour 1-to-1 meeting per week for 7 weeks. Online support consisting of physical meetings, video calls and emails. Price reduction will take place after the 7 weeks for everyone that would like to continue with a plan.
