Simeon from The Phone Doctor was excellent. He arrived on time was friendly courteous and professional taking time to explain what he was doing to our 87 year old mum and completing a new installation of internet as if it was in his own home. He has checked in on us since to ensure all is ok. Best of all all of the work is guarenteed. All round great service. .

Simeon has been a great help. He sorted out our phone problem with minimum fuss, telling us how and why he doing his stuff, and then, as a bonus sorted out our extender problem for the internet. Great work and a really nice guy.

He did a great job of removing large amounts of existing cable and reinstalling shorter routes without compromising any services. Although he had to leave early the first day, it was to go to an emergency elsewhere. He offered to continue the following day, but due to our circumstances, we refused. As soon as we could, we emailed him to say we were back home and when could he come. His reply was quickly received with a date that suited us. He is certainly on our books for any telephone or associated services.

Had the phone doctor run an extension cable across the dining room, very professional, tidy work and a very nice guy as well.

Simeon came to install an extra socket in my father's bedroom. He is highly competent and professional and did a perfect job at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend.

Can I say "bloody brilliant"? Phone Doctors Simeon attended our elderly vulnerable relatives address to install a new socket and check the wiring. Attended at short notice on a Saturday and did a very thorough job at very reasonable cost and provides an "after sales service" where he will talk with the SKY TV engineer if they ever arrive and have questions.

Awful problems with the business Internet, poor wifi signal down in the bar where needed and awful crackling phone. Contacted Simeon and within a few days he was out and moved our router, we still had a few issues with the interenet performance so he returned and sorted the problem out. Excellent service at very reasonable price! Would highly recommend! Thank you Simeon.

So my phone line got accidently cut. The Phone Doctor was able to reach me the next day. Repair was swift and professional, better yet didn't cost an arm and a leg. Nice guy, highly recommended. .
