Can I say "bloody brilliant"? Phone Doctors Simeon attended our elderly vulnerable relatives address to install a new socket and check the wiring. Attended at short notice on a Saturday and did a very thorough job at very reasonable cost and provides an "after sales service" where he will talk with the SKY TV engineer if they ever arrive and have questions.

Awful problems with the business Internet, poor wifi signal down in the bar where needed and awful crackling phone. Contacted Simeon and within a few days he was out and moved our router, we still had a few issues with the interenet performance so he returned and sorted the problem out. Excellent service at very reasonable price! Would highly recommend! Thank you Simeon.

So my phone line got accidently cut. The Phone Doctor was able to reach me the next day. Repair was swift and professional, better yet didn't cost an arm and a leg. Nice guy, highly recommended. .

Excellent service - phone line and internet fixed successfully and promptly -after months of complaints to BT with no success. We are an animal rescue Charity so no phone was a real problem. Very reasonable cost. Simeon was very helpful despite the complexity of our old and mixed up cabling.

Absolutely fabulous service, Simeon came at short notice to repair my phone/internet cable that my dog had managed to pull out of the wall. He was quick and thorough with the repair and left it looking neater than it had before! Simeon took the time to tidy up another wire that had also been pulled out by the dog even though it wasn't phone/internet related and also cleaned up after himself so there was nothing left for me to do but enjoy my now working internet and phone. Would highly recommend to anyone (and already have).

Need to move three Open Reach boxes which had been drilled through the window frame and was being replaced. Rang Simeon on Friday and he attended the site on Monday and all sorted very quickly, professionally and cheaply. Thank you Simeon!
