I have been a PC Support Group customer for over seven years and think they do a great job. If I have an issue with any of my compeers that fixed within hours. I recommend the PC Support Group to my clients and they have never let me down. Keep up the good work.

Pc support are so customer focused its untrue when compared to what i have experienced from other companies in the past. their response time are great and they always do what they say they'll do when they sat they are going to. it really is like having your own IT dept. !

The PC Support Group provided me with excellent support on my Mac and Blackberry, and sorted out every problem I had very efficiently. Every time I call it feels like the are ready and waiting for my call and get straight onto my query with no delay. And what's more, all the staff are friendly, chatty individuals who speak in plain english and are happy to explain anything as many times as it takes - not a techy geek in sight! I would have no hesitation in recommending PCSG for IT support for both PCs and Macs.

Simon and his team talk in plain English and fix all my technical issues without fuss, often without having to visit my office. They also take care of my data security so I know I can recover it all in the event of a disaster and my system is kept free of bugs and viruses. After my previous experience with IT companies I was concerned over the problem of IT support for my developing IT infrastructure and organisation. To find a true outsourced IT department that works when you work which is 9-5 and all the hours either side is very difficult, almost impossible. Well for my organisation this is no longer a problem or concern. The team at PC Support Group do just this, that is provide 24hour IT support that does what it says without transferring blame to other suppliers, they just fix the problem. The service from the technical support engineers is exceptional. I have regular contact as I manage a large team and they always resolve issues in a timely manner. THe staff always follow up any log / issue reported and even contact you days after resolution to ensure there is nothing further that you need from them. I had a problem with my broadband just prior to the Christmas week. Having tried to resolve the problem myself by phoning my internet provider I bacame increasingly frustrated with the amount of conflicting advice I was receiving from the various support staff. After numerous calls I was utterly exasperated as I was no closer to resolving the problem and had spent over 2 hours on the phone. I called Simon at the PC support group and his calm reassurance defused my stress immediately. He was able to liaise with the call centre staff and by linking us all with a 3 way conversation go through all the steps to prove that the problem was at their end and not mine as previously advised. My problem was quickly and easily resolved from that point and I was soon up and running again. I can't recommend Simon and his team highly enough in terms of quality of service and excellent customer satisfaction. In future I will save my stress and phone the PC support groups as soon as it looks as if my initial attempts at resolving any problems fail. Thank you Simon you are a star!
