The PC Expert

The PC Expert is a very professional, small business. My problem was dealt with right there and then while I waited. Everything done, is for the benefit of the customer. I was given advice on how to fix my computer, free of charge and I could have easily either then gone on to try and fix the computer myself or go elsewhere. I witnessed a customer come in and ask for a part. Instead of trying to sell the customer something they didn't need, they were directed to another place they could find exactly what they were after.

Once again Syed has done a wonderful job. Fixed the problem with my computer quickly. Always does a great job, making sure you are happy with the end result. Thanks Syed.

I went to pc expert in leicester as the performance of my laptop was extremely slow. They saved me a great deal of money by advising me where to source a solid state drive and ram. Pc expert then installed these AND upgraded the programmes on my machine. Amazing job and so helpful and knowledgeable and they gave me tips to maintain my machine. My MacBook Pro had a screen problem. PC Expert provided an excellent diagnosis and advice how to reduce the costs of repair. When I visited he continued the assessment, provided a very fair price, and undertook the required repair in front of me to a very high standard. Strongly recommended.

My laptop developed a fault which prevented it from booting. I searched online and located “The PC Expert”. He explained what went wrong and asked me to replace the hard disk by buying at online stores at a cheaper rate even though he had it in stock, this beats my imagination. I bought the hard disk, he fixed it and recovered my files, installed original software from Microsoft for free. The customer service was superb, the willingness to help was unimaginable. My PC died on me leaving me no access to important documents. I popped into PC Expert and was told what options were available, and how much each option would costs. He was very clear and I was convinced he knew what he was talking about. I booked my PC in for repair on Friday 31 August, he said it would be ready for collection on Saturday, but I couldn't pick it up until Monday. My PC was ready and fully repaired, cleaned inside and fully setup and optimised with all the correct drivers etc. An excellent, professional and quick service, I highly recommend PC Expert- he is!

I wanted a quality computer, so I bought the best parts that I could find /afford and asked Syed if he would assemble these and install Windows 10. I`m so glad that I went to Syed as the technical and practical process of assembly, integration of parts and software would have been " Beyond my Capabilities ". Hard drive failed on my Mac unexpectedly which seemed like a disaster at the time. Syed was absolutely brilliant and totally saved the day. Incredibly fast and cheap company! 5*. As a university student it was incredibly important to find a cheap shop who could fix my computer quickly. Brought my laptop in last week with the screen completely smashed and the hinge sheared off (but still working). The company told me the cheapest option was to buy off ebay, as oppose to ordering through the store. Once the parts had arrived the computer went in at 11am and was back and fixed in fantastic condition by 3pm the same day. Could not ask for better service.
