The Party Box has an expanding customer base, located in and around Reading, including pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, local authority and blue chip companies as well as a large private customer base.
The shop is run by Jane Plummer who has been involved in the entertainment industry for many years. Jane Plummer is more than able to take good care of the company, having run her own shop for over 27 years.

Don't buy a baloon from this place - Took £10 from my wife for a Frozen helium balloon for my daughters birthday and the balloon was flat by the time we got to her party 2 hours later. Phoned up to complain and we were told we could take it back for a replacement. Great service - except when he got to the shop a few days later we were accused of putting a "gash" in the balloon and so they wouldn't do anything about it. I'm left out of pocket but, more importantly, I have a very upset 5 year old who is going to be further dissapointed when I tell her that we don't have a replacement as promised. I would suggest finding a different shop.
