We offer group and private antenatal courses and workshops, pregnancy relaxation class, Hypnobirthing Essentials and 1:1 birth planning and support calls. Each service we offer has been carefully crafted to prepare you for labour, birth and the early post-natal period whilst ensuring you understand how to navigate the maternity system, your birth rights and how to make informed decisions about your care.

Antenatal and Hypnobirthing Courses with The Outspoken Birthworker:.

We offer a range of different courses and workshops to cater to the needs of different birthing families. Our group courses, that take place over 6 weeks, are perfect for those wanting to gradually build their antenatal and hypnobirthing education and nurture friendships with other local families.

For those that are unable to commit to a class over multiple weeks, an antenatal and hypnobirthing workshops that condenses a full antenatal and hypnobirthing education into one day, are a great, cost effective option.

Our private courses allow for a full antenatal and hypnobirthing education to take place in the comfort of your own home, or another suitable private setting. 1:1 courses are great for those with more complex pregnancies as we are able to cater each course to support individual needs.

Pregnancy Relaxation and Hypnobirthing Essentials course:
A 5 week pregnancy relaxation course is perfect for those wanting to supplement their existing antenatal education to include Hypnobirthing philosophy and techniques into their birth plan. Each 90 minute session includes light birth ball movements routines to help with optimal baby positioning for labour, deep pregnancy relaxation to be able to take time to connect to your baby, Hypnobirthing and breathing techniques, birth rights and advocacy tips and safe space to discuss your pregnancy.
