Once again I have turned to Nic to resolve my IT problems. As before he quickly diagnosed the problem, and working remotely quickly resolved the offending issues. My tech skills are limited but Nic nevertheless worked through everything with patience and understanding and all is now well (and my confidence improved). Nic's services are excellent value for money.

Over the years Nic has provided invaluable support to my small business and, most recently, managed to salvage crucial work from a laptop that suffered a 'Windows blue screen of death' and in my untrained hand wouldn't even start. He is very responsive and able to support remotely or take equipment away to work on. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with an AIO cooler which developed out the blue (A prebuilt from a big company). I'm 'pretty good' with computers, but not good enough to dive into the workings of a motherboard, BIOS stuff and the like. So when home made solutions and Reddit'ing lead me down roads I didn't understand it was time to look for outside help! After spending a weekend being stressed, Nic got in touch with me very quickly and made a pre-assessment with some recommended replacements. I decided to ditch water cooling after this debacle, and went with an air cooler. The service was fantastic, and Nic is very knowledgeable and you can tell he's from a teaching background. I was very happy to be in the hands of a professional instead of some corporate tech-help-service or 'some dude' in a basement who's keyboard would be covered in cheesy Wotsit dust. Not only was the cooler installed quickly, I was provided images of his progress, processes and very clear explanations as to what things were and why they were/weren't happening. (Also some VERY TELLING insider scoop on why these big pre-built companies are a little…How to say…Not the premier choice as they make out to be!).Turnaround was very quick, and I was chuffed at the thorough job Nic did overall. A nice chap, who I would happily chat about the subjects of PC's and other nerdy PC gamer things alike for hours. Good man!A million thanks and if you're stuck/overwhelmed with PC problems and you're local - well, I don't think you're going to get better help quite frankly. What can I say! Apart from Nic is THE BEST! After having such a bad experience previously with someone else, Nic was an absolute blessing. He helped us tremendously and solved the problem thoroughly and promptly. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will always use his service in the future. Thank you Nic ? .

Highly recommend. Nic guides you through the process and is always open about options/ timescales/ pricing. He replies promptly and offers a very straight forward 'idiots guide' to technophobes like me. He even helped sell on my old laptop and the money from this covered his bill for setting up my new laptop! Brilliant service.

I asked Nic if he would set up a new laptop we had purchased for our granddaughter, and what a fantastic job he did. He went over and above what we had expected and didn't just do the normal set up, he did everything that could be done to maximise the performance of the computer. I can highly recommend Nic, technically there's nothing he doesn't know about computers and the level of service he provides is outstanding.

Nic was absolutely brilliant and retrieved my documents and photos from a very old desktop computer onto a memory stick. I couldn’t fault the service I got, he was extremely helpful and pleasant. 2 'old' PCs upgraded from HDD to SDD - one laptop and one desktop. Both were Windows 10, but unusable because of how slow they had become. Both computers are now as good as new. They both fire up straight away and I am not left waiting for programmes to open any more. I have effectively got two new computers at a very low price. The service was quick and reliable. I really can't fault it.

Can't recommend highly enough. Hosted Mailbox Services set up were provided very quickly, and exactly as needed. And all delivered in a friendly manner.

Couldn't recommend more highly. Did not necessarily expect to be able to get assistance during lockdown but Nick provided great service while complying with current safety provisions to protect us as well as him and his family.

A prompt response from the initial enquiry, plus he explains the issues in simple understandable terms for us non-techy people! He keeps you informed of progress and delivers results quickly. Excellent service from Nic, delivering exactly what was required in terms of better email systems, data security and a quicker back up process (linking in to a product already being paid for). Nick's great, he was able to fix my gaming laptop in no time, he didn't charge any extra and was very honest about the pricing from the very start! He also did a few extra things for me in order to ensure I don't encounter any issues with it again! Would 100% recommend him if you have any computer related issues. I will be sure to use him again should I encounter any other issues!

I'm not a commercial user and when I switched from an old desktop with Windows XP to a new Laptop with Windows 10, Nic provided an excellent service to set up my new computer. He also recovered all the data from my external back up hard drive, which I found to be inaccessible, and saved this information onto the new laptop. He also set up the future use of the back up external hard drive to be very user friendly. All at what I considered to be a very fair charge. Subsequently suffered from a glitch with my email which Nic solved and guided me through the reset process over the phone. I highly recommend his service.
