These guys put music and fun FIRST! After 'fiddling' on the guitar for some 30+ years I've finally taken some lessons. After only a short spell I've found great improvements - and as I progress, it's sounding better and better. Progress and style developed is to suit me and my tastes and the guys do everything that they can to be flexible around my gruelling work schedules. I see numerous other students of all ages coming and going, to and from guitar and drum lessons - all obviously enjoying and thoroughly benefiting from their experiences. Regular faces means happy customers! The guys (tutors) are obviously amazing professional musicians with the ability to patiently pass on the benefits of their talents and technical skills to others. You won't be disappointed!

All the teaching that themusicalbox has done for us has been excellent. Tim makes all his lessons fun, he is hugely well-liked by his students, and his level of expertise is without question. He has been an asset to the school, and we look forward to a long and happy association with him!

The drum teacher, Tim, is superb with distractable, energetic boys. He keeps my 11 year old engaged and interested whilst injecting tons of fun into the lessons. My son's drumming has come on in leaps and bounds - he loves his sessions and even practises at home!

My son absolutely loves The Music Box, he plays guitar and of course the Drums. We love the atmosphere there and the approachable friendly team of guys teaching, they make the lessons fun and informative whilst challenging if you need it! We love TMB!

Two of my children learn instruments at The Musical Box (electric guitar and drums) and both thoroughly enjoy their lessons; they are motivated by their teachers so they choose to play lots in between. At The Musical Box music is about enjoyment and fun rather than exams and nagging. Because of that the students learn better and faster. We found The Musical Box on the recommendation of a friend and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Musical Box is inspirational for lots of people young and old. The quality of music teaching is excellent and it is all carried out with a strong sense of fun. The facilities are very good and really homely. Nigel and Tim are great teachers setting up the next generation of band members!

We bought a drum set from them and they came and set it up and when there was a fault they rectified it immediately. The drum lessons are great fun. Tim is very enthusiastic and my daughter really looks forward to the lessons.

The company provides an exceptionally good guitar teaching service tailored individually to the students needs and preferences. At all times the organisation has been flexible to meet practical needs like re-arranging sessions when necessary.

Both of my sons have had music lessons at The Musical Box, and my eldest can now play his instrument exceptionally well but still insists on going there! - I think it's because he likes the company;-)- One of my sons has learned to play drums and the other has had guitar lessons.

I have received drum tuition from The Musical Box for over two years. Tim is very easy to get on with, and tailors my tuition to suit my interests and requirements. I have felt very welcome, and my progress has been excellent -and would be better if I practised too!
