The words bad experience don’t even touch upon this dealing with a shambles of a company. To summarise, booked for a 13 seater as was told had to as we had 9 people travelling. Not a problem even with the price of £450. Come to the day and a 8 seater rocks up! Had literally no choice but to accept it due to having something booked to attend in London. Emailed once I got home, to ask for a small refund as we didn’t get what was paid for, to the sum of £50 which to be fair, was half the money that should have been refunded. Was refused but offered a discount for my next booking. Really! I think not! Might I add that there were children among the party. So I’m pretty sure my family lawyer will be keen to find out about this awful experience.Moreexpand_more
Response : An unfortunate episode, we get it right 99% of the time but there are times when relying on other people is a disappointing issue. Obviously we hate a bad review but luckily the good out way the bad, still not acceptable but of course at times things occasionally go wrong in everyone’s life?
