Every course delivers up to 12 hours in-person learning, which includes the logic of hypnobirthing, simple and powerful techniques to assist you during pregnancy and labour, planning for your birth, understanding your options and what to expect during and after the birth of your baby.

The Liberty Birth Co. Is run by Liverpool mum Amy Browne, a fully qualified KG Hypnobirthing instructor. KG Hypnobirthing is the original UK hypnobirthing course and is constantly evolving to keep up to date with the latest research and evidence. KG teachers are highly trained to support you in hypnobirthing and throughout the course you will be equipped with the knowledge to understand your options during pregnancy and labour.
