I am a Hypnotherapist, hypnobirthing practitioner and a doula. As a hypnotherapist I can offer services that other hypnobirthing teachers and doulas can’t.

HYPNOBIRTHING: An award winning hypnobirthing class that can be group classes or private. They cover everything you need to prepare you for giving birth, including breathing techniques, and visualisation techniques, birthing positions, and pain relief techniques. Other holistic therapies, such as rebozo, EFT, reiki and acupressure, especially tailored for pregnancy and birth are also taught.

DOULA: Birth and Postnatal doula services available as well as a Virtual Doula in my pocket option.

HYPNOTHERAPY: Specialist Hypnotherapy services aimed at pregnancy, birth, post partum, treating birth trauma and tokophobia are available. Reduce morning sickness, turn a breech baby or engage the natural onset of labour using hypnosis!
