First time using Paul and Charlie for a service. Quick turn around and an excellent job.

We had a problem with our central heating system over the Christmas period with the thermostat sticking, house was like a sauna with patio doors open to dissipate the heat. I contacted the Heating Expert and had a conversation with Paul who arranged the earliest possible visit by the engineer Charlie, thermostat replaced heating back to normal. Subsequently following an annual service Charlue advised that my 10 year old boiler system was approaching and of life due to various defects. Paul quickly quoted for a replacement boiler, a date was agreed and a very efficient new Worcester boiler was replaced by engineer Paul in less than 6 hours. Highly impressed with competitive pricing, efficient, prompt, professional service. A company that I have used for many, many and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone requiring their specialist central heating or boiler system service or replacement.

A problem with our central heating system was sorted out promptly and efficiently. Charlie is always polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Boiler Service: Absolutley outstanding service from Chalrie. This is the first time I have used this company, and I would like to thank both Paul and Charlie for their professional service. From the communication to arrange a date for my boiler to be serviced to the workmanship I felt that I received a very high standard of servcie. Charlie worked with care and was meticulus in his service of my old boiler- which had a few hidden problems! Charlie was very knowledable and kept me informed of the work that was required. In addition, as a single female, I felt very comfortable having Charlie in the house, he was friendly and professional. Thank you again.

It’s hard to find high quality and reliable tradesmen that you can trust, especially in a boiler breakdown the weekend before Christmas. Luckily I came across The Heating Expert, no more looking for us, these guys are just the best. From customer service to quality of work, a truly 5 star team. Paul and Charlie went above and beyond what would be expected. We have already passed on their details to family and friends, cannot recommend them highly enough. .

Have been using The Heating Expert for our annual boiler service for a few years now. Over this time they have also helped us with our gas fire and new heating thermostat. Paul and Charlie are always happy to help and complete all our requests at a time convenient to us in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. We wouldn’t use anyone else. As an older person, having The Heating Expert in my life is a great asset, the service they provide every time is phenomenal, no matter how big or small the problem. Paul has a great team working with him and I absolutely trust this company to deal with any home plumbing / boiler / heating issues promptly, efficiently and at a fair cost. They have always quickly identified the problem and found the most appropriate, most cost effective solution. Today's experience has topped it all, in that they have resolved two separate heating and plumbing issues, with visits today from both an electrician and a plumber before lunchtime. In summary, I had made contact with Paul recently for his guidance as to how to resolve my main problem, which was water seepage appearing to be coming through the wall alongside the shower, which I had become aware of soon after moving into my new property nine years ago and had been advised by the builders that the damp area was due to lack of care in ensuring that the shower door remained in position whilst in use. I accepted this assessment, but the problem became apparent again after the building guarantee had run out. I had a local builder in to assess the situation and his view was that a broken tile (I had no explanation how the breakage had occurred) at the bottom the shower and the tiles should be replaced to resolve it. I paid a lot of money to have this done, repaired the damage to the plaster and repainted. However, within a few months the problem recurred and, with COVID-19 in full swing and having no funds available to pursue this further, I stopped using the shower completely until now. I cannot describe how much I appreciate Paul's communication skills and management of his team in enabling the identification of the problem and its rapid resolution. Great service from Charlie and Paul as usual. Have been using their service for over 10 years now and have no problem recommending them. Any problems and there at the end of the phone.

We had a problem with a very noisy cistern in the bathroom that was driving us crazy. Finding a good plumber is difficult but the service was provided promptly and extremely efficiently. Price was also very reasonable and we are very pleased with the service. This plumber is now in my contacts list to make things easier for the future. Highly recommended to anyone.

I have used Paul and Charlie for many, many years and at times I really don’t know what I would have done without them. Their work ethic is second to none, their communication excellent and they always, always do what they say. I wouldn’t trust anyone else - I just wish all trades people were like Paul and Charlie … they are worth their weight in gold. Thank you again Paul for another year of looking after us.
