Great service from Charlie and Paul as usual. Have been using their service for over 10 years now and have no problem recommending them. Any problems and there at the end of the phone.

We had a problem with a very noisy cistern in the bathroom that was driving us crazy. Finding a good plumber is difficult but the service was provided promptly and extremely efficiently. Price was also very reasonable and we are very pleased with the service. This plumber is now in my contacts list to make things easier for the future. Highly recommended to anyone.

I have used Paul and Charlie for many, many years and at times I really don’t know what I would have done without them. Their work ethic is second to none, their communication excellent and they always, always do what they say. I wouldn’t trust anyone else - I just wish all trades people were like Paul and Charlie … they are worth their weight in gold. Thank you again Paul for another year of looking after us.

Very high standard of service once again for my boiler service. Communication was very good from Paul regarding timings of the service. Charlie was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what had been done and look outs for my heating system I'm the future. Boiler serviced and to sort an issue with very low water pressure which turned out to be a PRV issue. All work carried out to the usual very high standard, arrived on time, issue over low water pressure rectified and now better then it has ever been. I would only ever use Paul and Charlie. I have used The heating expert for many years for our yearly boiler service and emergency repairs. I was always happy with their communication. Quick responce and  professionalism. Today, they installed a new shower.   This wasnt as easy as initially though but they remained calm and professional and found a solution to the problem. They even tidied up the mess and left the bathroom spotless.   I highly recommend them!
