The Hampshire Birthing Company provides Hypnobirthing Courses in North Hampshire and the sounding counties. Classes are taught by Susanna Dunnett (BA Hons, DipHB KGH) who teaches KG Hypnobirthing (the training for which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives) which is a complete antenatal and Hypnobirthing education.

The Hypnobirthing course is taught over four sessions and incorporates the practical physiology of the pregnant body, -deep relaxation and breathing techniques, understanding maternity care and your options surrounding your birth, learning how to make informed choices, preparing for the birth and how to navigate special circumstances - all of which combined are designed to help release fear, build confidence and assist you in experiencing the best pregnancy and birth for you and your baby, comfortably gently and calmly.

Courses are available on a 1-2-1 basis in the privacy of your home or mine while group courses are held near Alton in North Hampshire. Live online courses are also available on request.
