Just back from spending a fantastic week in the beautiful garden house. Set in a very scenic area it was so quiet and relaxing. I was expecting an extensive list of "house rules" as we were essentially staying in someones home but there were only 3! And those were basically common sense. Everything was provided and more, im glad we waited before going shopping! The area is great for walkers with castle archdale, florence court and many many other attractions nearby. I feel i may never holiday overseas again and i will most definately return to the garden house.
My wife and my self found that the cottage was very clean, exceptionally well equipped and in a very nice location. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends as this was the best 3 stare accommodation we have stayed in, as we say here it was (Home from Home).
As a family with a young toddler we have just returned from a week staying at the garden house cottage. It was superb, a real home from home. It was lovely and safe for our toddler and it just had a great feel about it. The location was quiet and scenic yet only five minutes from Enniskillen. The cottage had everything you could possibly need and was great value for money. We will definately be returning.
The Garden House is great value for money, an excellent location near to Enniskillen, with an open fire and pet-friendly. The house itself is in good condition, and regularly being improved (I have been renting the cottage for a holiday each year for the past five years! ). Clean, comfortable and, hopefully, I'll be back next year! Thanks.
The cottage was far better than I expected. The photo's on the web site make the cottage appear small and cramped but this is far from reality. It is in fact very spacious with a very large bathroom and spacious bedrooms. Also the cottage is very clean. Would definately stay again and recommend for all. Excellent location, great fishing, great pubs and lovely people!
The Garden House is great value for money. It is close to all local attractions while having the peace and quiet of the countryside. Situated in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. All the necessities is provided for within the property at no extra cost (except for a small amount for heating when needed).
My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing break for 4 nights in the garden house cottage. As its pet friendly we were able to bring our westie which was an added bonus. The location of the cottage is ideal if you are looking for some peace and quiet and enjoy walking. The cottage itself was to a high standard and supplied everything we could have asked for. Denis was a pleasure to deal with and answered any queries we had quickly.
The Garden House was perfect for our weekend in Fermanagh. As well as ample towels and kitchen equipment, the cottage itself is generously proportioned, comfortable and welcoming, with a safe private courtyard. Set between the lovely Ballycassidy River and mature forestry, in a quiet country lane, we were yet within 5 minutes of the Lough Shore and 10 minutes from Eniskillen, from where one can explore both sides of Lough Erne. Perfect. I would highly recommend The Garden House as a place to stay in Fermanagh.
Myself husband and 4 year old son stayed at the garden house for the easter break and enjoyed the cottage and location immensely. We found it very well equipped, clean and tidy and would highly recommend it. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Even my 4 year old didn't want to come home. Very happy customersA,B & C Moody.
We spent three days at the Garden House and can honestly say it was excellent. The property is in a stunning location opposite a forest, with the added bonus of a river at the rear of the cottage. The owners had provided absolutely everything required and more -- as well as essentials such as bed linen and bath towels, there was also an extensive library of books, videos and DVDs and the superb bonus of a real fire complete with peat briquettes. The cottage was exceptionally clean throughout and everything was present for a relaxing and highly enjoyable weekend. I would recommend this property 100%.
I have stayed in the cottage with my partner twice and had a great time on both occassions. The cottage is set in a beautiful and peaceful location but only a short drive into Enniskillen. The building is in great condition with an open fire and absolutely everything that you could need for a stay - including all the kitchen utensils you could dream of! I would advise anyone to go for a break here - it's a great escape from city life.
My husband and I stayed in the cottage for one week with our small dog and found it to be in a beautiful setting and very well equipped. As a frequent user of cottages in Northern Ireland, we found it to be our favourite (as did the dog, who made the most of the security of the enclosed yard). As stated above, we were very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending to many of our friends. June and Ken Preston, Suzie the Pom, from Carrickfergus.
