Colin always looks to go “that extra mile” to source the most suitable product for his clients, if he discovers it is in his clients best interest not to change, he will say so.

Colin deals with difficult cases, along with single and multiple buy to Lets, first time buyers, shared equity plus of course the normal re-mortgages and purchases. He will always spend the time to find the best product available.

Colin gives advice and help after a financial review which can take place at his clients home, over the telephone or email. Usually a review will begin with a broad discussion of his client's concerns and wishes, he will then move to an in depth discussion and in depth analysis.

Colin worked as a mortgage broker for over 20 years, before that he had his own manufacturing business.

Unusually, Colin does not want to deal with investments as with the new regulations it is impossible to be up to date with both. You can be assured that his experience is focused on Mortgages and insurance. (Life and Home).
