They are fantastic whilst they are getting your money, BUT, if it is not right they come up with every excuse under the sun as to why. They supplied and fitted cushion flooring in both the utility room and kitchen. WHAT A CROCK…. It has been relayed twice, two visits from their inspector and it still is full of bubbles and ridges. It was laid on a new wooden floor, but of course it has bubbled because of the new wooden floor… Of course it is. Keep your money in your pockets and stay well clear. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. I would not recommend and will definitely not be using again. It's a shame I cannot post a negative rating.

The service received from going into the shop to the fitter who expertly fitted our stair carpet was second to none. Nothing was to much trouble and I would highly reccomend you pay them a visit. This is our third carpet from them and have been very satisfied with the quality and price.

Great…they provided us with a floor that was not level or flat, charged us £425 for under 3 hours work. It needed to be flat and level as it was a surface to be used for medical equipment and tables…it's more like a roller coaster ride, wheelchairs roll from side to side, the brakes won't hold because wheels are OFF the floor, and there are gaps under the brand new skirting board. We won't be using them again.

Can't believe how quickly they were able to turn around my order. I needed 2 rooms doing asap and everyone I rang was giving me a time frame in weeks. I rang The Carpet Stop and they came out and did an estimate for free that same day. I visited the shop on Ossy Park Road that same day and they booked my carpets to be fitted in 2 days time. The fitting was smooth as you like and I gotta say they have done a great job. I chose one of the carpets with free fitting so didn't have to pay for it and there was an offer on to get a free underlay upgrade too so I was a very happy bunny! I won't hesitate to use these lot again and have been recommending them to everyone!
