I can not fault this guy in any way. He was polite, honest, respectful and very knowledgeable in his field. From our initial contact to the time he left he showed true professionalism and the results were stunning. Or 15 year old upholstery was given a new lease of life and the 8 year old carpets were restored to the pristine state they were when first laid. Thanks Gary, professional tradesman of your quality are very rare My wife and I consider ourselves very privileged to have benefited from your services.

Gary came on the day and at the time he promised, and cleaned all the carpets in my holiday cottage - sitting room, dining room, hallway and staircase, upstairs landing and two bedrooms. The carpets are all well cleaned, and as promised they were dry a couple of hours later. All the rooms were returned to exactly the order they had been in when he arrived. I will certainly use this service again.

I have been using Gary's company to clean my carpets for over 5 years now and wont use anyone else. He has always arrived on time and always completes the clean to an extremely high standard. I recommend him to several of my neighbours so now he cleans the carpets of half the street. I have always found him polite and willing to give advice if needed.

I have used The Carpet Cleaning company on numerous occasions and have always been delighted with the service, Gary is always flexible, keen to help and provides a good quality service, many carpets have been saved from being replaced following some TLC from the Carpet Cleaning Company. We have had whole flats cleaned as well as hallways and landings which are in daily use. I wouldn't go anywhere else for carpet cleaning.

The Cleaning Company steam cleaned the carpets and upholstered chairs in The Salvation Army Hall in Berwick. The building consists of a main hall around 115 sq m with heavy duty office grade carpet tiles, plus an office, prayer room, storage and transit areas with a mix of carpet tiles or heavy duty entrance carpets. We have almost 100 fabric upholstered chairs. In addition, the hard floors in our toilets were also cleaned. Eight months previously another local company had used a dry cleaning process, which had worked reasonably well but did not remove a few stubborn marks. The carpet was cleaner, but looked little different from before the exercise. In contrast, this time the carpet was like new and all the marks were gone. One person commented that it felt like there was a pile to the carpet. Some of the chairs had ground in food courtesy of some toddlers! This is all gone, and the carpet and chairs smell fresh. Our old hall carpet that was long overdue a thorough cleaning was left looking almost as good new! They were friendly and helpful and we would definitely use them again!

Always difficult to find a new service company that will come up to your expectations. I decided to try The Carpet Cleaning Company when I found out they were a family business and not a chain. They were cheerful, trustworthy, and most importantly they gave you confidence that a good job would be done. I was very pleased with the outcome. My sofa and carpets looked so fresh again!

I highly recommend the carpet cleaning company and have now used them on a number of occasion to clean the carpet in a rental property I own. They do a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and soft furnishing, removing stains that you would not think possible. The service is second to none and Gary will now, pick the keys up directly from the letting agency, clean the carpet and send me the bill and I know it will be a brilliant job and haven't had to do anything more than call him. Which when you are busy is what you need - to trust that the job will get done right and properly. With Gary and The Carpet Cleaning Company, this is something you can be sure off.

Through lounge/dining room clean. Hall/stairs/bedrooms over a period of at least 6/7 years. A superb and secure service can be left alone in the house they arrive on time and never fail to do a great job I. Have recommended them to many friends and neighbours who have thanked me.
