The Career Skills Hub believes everyone deserves a career coach. Everyone is unique, every situation is different, everyone has different motivations and needs. My goal is to support people to make informed decisions about their career at the same time motivating people to achieve their potential.

At the Career Skills Hub we create the QUANTIFIABLE CV - the most powerful achievements and reasons for gaining an interview are by quantifiable CVs. Why would an employer not want to interview a person who can prove their worth and bring value to their business.

We support people achieve interview success by looking at the Likability Factor – confidence in yourself is important as this will let the interviewers trust you. Communicating your understanding of the role is important to show your competency. Equally important is the likability factor – people relate to people, and the way you come across in the interview is going to have a huge effect on whether you get hired. How do you build rapport with the interviewer and make the interviewer see you are perfect fit.

have over 20 years’ experience delivering people development and employability skills programmes on behalf of blue chip companies. I also am highly qualified having achieved Post Graduate Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Liverpool John Moores University.

As a coach, I have developed my skills from three distinct approaches: coaching, employability skills and counselling. My goal is to support people to make informed decisions about their career as well as offering CV and interview skills.

Not all coaches have a background that is underpinned by employability skills and counselling, this unique approach allows me to give career coaching solution focused steps to achieve success whilst at time same time drawing on my extensive employability skills and counselling experience.
