Heather was wonderful looking after my friend's dog. Good service all round.

Heather is fantastic with our dog Poppy. She is very loving and genuinely cares for the dogs. When Heather arrives to take Poppy for a walk, our dog is delighted to see her and runs into her arms. I cannot recommend Heather enough.

Heather has been providing puppy care for the last 3 months and I don't know what we would have done without her; her knowledge, training and guidance has been invaluable as we get to know our first puppy!

Heather goes out of her way to provide excellent service and I feel confident my cocker spaniel is in safe hands with her. Muffin is always delighted to see her and comes back from walks very happy. Heather gives me advice about any dog problems I'm having and has even called round a few times to do extra recall training at no extra cost. Heather has been providing Puppy Visits and walks for our Cockapoo since she was 3 months old. Poppy loves her presence and attention and Heather's advice has been really valuable in bringing her up as an attentive and friendly little dog.

I have two very excited Wheaton Terriers which always love to see Heather for their weekly walk. I feel totally at ease when they are with Heather knowing that they are having fun but mostly important to me safe as she is a competent dog handler ( You need to be with my two hounds! ) I can only say that Kingston K9's are a completely professional,caring,organised al round dog service which i cant recommend enough.

Lola has been with Heather at K9's for over 2 years, beginning her walks as a small puppy. Lola greets Heather each and every morning like a thing possessed and clearly loves her company. K9's daycare is superb & very cost effective with regards to kennel fees. All in all K9's have provided superb quality, service & most of all a happy contented beagle.

Kate provides an excellent day care service, in her own home, brings Lola back tired and happy. She is friendly and caring (to the owner too! ). I used the service occasionally until a health problem meant that for a couple of months I wasn't able to do any walking or care at all. Heather and Kate stepped in, initially on a last minute basis, and provided more daycare along with support. Heather also excellent at the organisational side of things and loves springer spaniels!

I have a boisterous puppy to look after, I don't know much about dogs, and we're often out of the house during the day. Kingston K9s have been excellent in looking after him during the day when we're not in. They have been extremely responsive to our unpredictable timetables, and very helpful in providing all sorts of additional advice to us too.

Heather and her team have been providing puppy care visits, day care and dog walks for our dog since we brought her home aged three months and wondered what to do next. Their help and support has been invaluable and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Any training issues we have had they have helped iron out and as a result we have a really happy dog. It also means we are able to go off to work in the knowledge that our dog is getting the greatest possible care. I have joined the guys out on a walk and it's so much fun. And if you really want to know how good they are the best indication is your dog and ours loves all three of Heather's team.

They provide a reliable and friendly service; Heather always gets back to me quickly to let me know if she can do last minute walks for our dog and I feel they look after Frodo very well.

The Service provided is flexible, caring and dependable. Our dog loves the dog walkers. She gets very excited when they arrive. Heather is great as are the rest of the handlers. Treacle loves them all. Not only a dog walking/minding service but great tips and advice offered as well. Our dog has been with them since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 18 months old. Excellent service! I felt that it was a home from home!

Having been let down by my dogsitter Heather arranged, with only 48 hours notice, for our 14 week old puppy (still rather leaky! ) to be cared for for 10 days while I went on holiday. On leaving our beloved pup I drove away feeling reassured and confident that he was in experienced,competent and safe hands. I collected a happy, healthy and well socialised puppy on return from my holiday, won't hesitate to use the services of Heather & her team again and highly recommend them to others.
