We appointed ADC films for the first time in January to create a video to cover a new product we were planning to launch in early March. This was to be sent out following a webinar launch…“At the last moment, after sending out all our invitations to launch our new product through a Webinar the star of the show – our Global Sales Director became sick… thinking quickly about how we could overcome his absence we thought about the possibility of using our new Video which was filmed to introduce the product. It was 6pm on Friday evening when I made contact with Adam and Andy, who in fact still needed a few days to do the final edit to the video. I explained our predicament and although they had a full weekend of work planned with another video shoot I got a call on Sunday evening to say they had finished the film and personally delivered it to our site”. This, in my opinion was “above and beyond” what we had expected …. It saved the day and all of our webinar audience were able to watch the video as if it was planned to be the opening of the webinar. Following the webinar I have send the video with enormous pride to many of our clients – it is the first time we have invested in a video to launch a new product, but it certainly will not be the last time!
