The Bridal Gallery

I got married in May this year and went to The Bridal Gallery for my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. From start to finish their service was flawless. As a bride to be who was on a weight loss plan and very self concious, I was nervous about going to try on dresses but within minutes on my first visit, I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. I had taken pictures of the style I thought I wanted but when I tried them, none of them suited me. Sarah went around the shop and collected a few that were completely different to what I thought I wanted. She told me to have an open mind and just try them. I was dubious but went along with it. Boy am I glad I did! One of these dresses was 'The One', Sarah sure knows her stuff! From that point on, I had complete faith in the Bridal Gallery. Every appointment was a pleasure and my bridesmaids (1 adult and 3 children) loved their experience too. The girls were always on hand to help, give advice on shoes, accessories etc and we could always rely on an honest opinion. I had Sarah come to my parents' house on the morning of the wedding to get my dress on as part of their Bridal Dressing Service and am so glad I did, she took all of the worry and stress out of my morning. And their service doesn't end there, my dress was cleaned and beautifully boxed in layers of tissue, putting the perfect finishing touch to my Bridal Gallery experience. From the moment I nervously walked in to the day picked up my dress for the big day Sarah and her Team were amazing making me feel so at ease and the search for a dress a wonderfully pleasant experience. All the staff made buying my dress an amazing experience! I received lots of advice lots of choice in styles and prices. There was no pressure to buy and being a larger girl I felt like a princess. I would highly recommend a visit to The Bridal Gallery!

Have known Sarah and the team at the bridal gallery for over 10 years. I had my prom dress from them, then brought my wedding dress and 4 bridesmaids dresses. I'm not a dress kind of girl so had no idea what to do or expect. Sarah and her staff were amazing with me. Right from the start they put me at ease. I'm a bit paranoid about my weight and again the girls were amazing pointing out the right styles that suited me best. Myself and my wife both bought dresses from the Bridal Gallery and felt amazing. We were a bit nervous going into a shop being a same sex couple, but again the girls were terrific with us and never made us feel out of place(which another shop did do) I fully recommend them to any girl who wants to look amazing on their special day. The girls at the Bridal Gallery won't let you down.

Beautiful dresses, Amazing customer service, Fantastic staff. From the moment I walked into The Bridal Gallery I was treated like an old friend and not a total stranger, Sarah and her staff could not have done more for me if they tried. They went completely above and beyond what I would of expected 'just a member of staff' and they really care about all your individual needs. Always on hand during Bridezilla meltdowns whether to put your mind at rest, tell you you're a bit crazy and sit you down and get you a coffee and if you're lucky a slice of cake! Looking forward to seeing them all again, renewal anyone? ! (and I get to try on more pretty dresses! ).

I used the Bridal Gallery in 2010 for my wedding dress. Sarah and the team were very attentive, honest and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, I had a good few fittings because I was losing weight and each time the service was perfect. When I collected my dress, Sarah knew that rain was forecast for my big day and so she offered me the use of some white umbrellas for my photos which was very thoughtful. After my wedding, while we were on our honeymoon, Sarah had my dress cleaned and put into a box ready for my return. I could not have been happier with the service received by the Bridal Gallery, I felt that they went above and beyond what was required from them and I reccomend them to anyone I hear of that is getting married or needs a prom dress etc.

Visited the bridal gallery today with one of the most nervous brides ever, the service we received was excellent, i was totally at ease within 30 seconds of entering and we left with the perfect dress for my daughter, thank you so much.
