Great 1st class service, kept up to date and speed of the works required, very easy to deal with and promt reporting back with booking and job reports etc.

Leverhome recently completed another new Vaillant boiler installation for me which was completed on time and to a first class standard. On completion, they clearly explained how to operate the boiler and timer functions. Leverhome also provide excellent boiler service and repair arrangements. All of the office team are exceptionally friendly and efficient. The whole team led by Matt display professionalism, engineering excellence and experience, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Always reliable, trustworthy and efficient which I particularly appreciate as a landlord. Highly recommended and thank you!

First class service! I called them Monday evening as my boiler had developed a fault. I was advised and engineer could attend the following day between 11 and 3. Engineer called just after 12 to say he'd be 5-10mins. When he arrived and saw the fault code, he knew exactly what the problem was, sourced and collected the part, and was finished by 1:15. He also saved me £60 as the wholesaler had a refurbished part that actually had a longer warranty than a new part…. No brainer! Wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

It was far from the easiest of jobs on old pipe work in a difficult, restricted area even requiring ashfelt floor excavation. But, the calm, wealth of experience shown by this team became obvious, with a most impressive team working relationship. Great service from Leverhome! The engineer Alan was amazing and had everything sorted very quickly once they received the parts for the jobs. The oven was replaced, controls for the heaters were installed, and the water heater repaired, Alan did it all with a smile and was absolutely lovely to chat to! Exemplary service, would hope to see Leverhome again if anything ever needed fixing in future.

Review is on behalf of my sister who was forced to have Leverhome conduct work in her property due to her rental agency - 3 days before Christmas and she had a flood in her lounge caused by a radiator - ruining her Christmas presents under the tree. Leverhome sent Ian and another young man who proceeded to repair the leak. They also smashed a picture of my sister and her granddaughter but instead of owning up to it they put the picture in her bin hoping she wouldn't notice. She noticed. When she confronted them they both denied knowledge of it and when she found it in her outside bin - they STILL denied knowledge. Making her already stressful day even more stressful. Absolute charlatans who are openly deceitful. If she had a choice, she'd never use them again.

Fabulous service from start to finish. FRom a customer journey point of view I couldn't of asked for better, helpful office staff, managed to get booked in almost immediately as I had no heating, the engineers were very skilled and friendly. Would recommend Leverhome without doubt. Thank you guys.

Great service as always. Used for 6 properties each year - always happy to explain things. Arrange and carry out gas safety inspections and servicing very reliably, always ringing to confirm appointments and arriving within given timeframe.

Excellent service and workmanship from Lee and Paul. Lee and Paul carried out a variety of works on my property to an excellent standard including servicing my Worcester boiler and gas hob, bleeding and checking the radiators throughout my property including re-pressurising the boiler to the correct pressure of 1. 5 bar. Lee and Paul also added a 40 degree bend onto the sink waste pipe into the gully, installed a new chrome sink tap in the kitchen, and added new silicone to the shower drainage hole. Lee and Paul were courteous and explained the procedure of the work that they were carrying out and clearly answered any questions that I had. Lee and Paul were knowledgeable and talented professional engineers who are a credit to their company. Leverhome are an excellent company who I have used for many years and all the team are helpful, efficient and always provide a prompt and professional service.

Would definitely recommend Jimmy, he fitted a new boiler for me. He was informative and helpful. Left his number and offered to return if there were any issues with the new boiler with it being a Saturday and couldn’t get anybody in the office. Left the area clean and tidy, great service.
