We recently bought our flat in Pollockshields with need for complete renovation, boiler immediately condemned. Approached Craig who promptly came to give quote and after discussing other quotes, costs involved, agreed a date to change the boiler the following week. So pleased we went with Craig who was available to discuss any concerns throughout. He’s a top man who goes the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the final job…he also helped replumb the blocked kitchen sink. I highly recommend the Boiler Change Company for their professionalism, evident knowledge and follow up. Peace of mind that the work has been done properly is priceless. Requested a quote from The Boiler Change Company after our boiler broke, just before a Scottish winter, Craig replied within minutes, and was able to come round and give us a quote within the hour. He was very open and honest about the needs of the property, and gave us the chance to ask lots of questions. Once we had chosen Craig, he managed to get a new boiler fitted and up and running 3 days after giving us the quote (very quick! ). Him and his team showed up on time, and were very tidy while working, and left everything as clean as they'd found it. Very happy with the experience, and would definitely recommend him!

I had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Craig and co from the Boiler Change company. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing a boiler. The guys were friendly, non-pushy on the sales side of things, and did the job with absolutely no high dramas, which you can't always say for some trade guys. The whole job was done in a day - they left the place immaculately clean - just a really professional outfit and all done at a decent price. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to install a new boiler.

Incredibly unprofessional. Had engineer out for a quote on 13th Feb and still have not heard back with the quotation despite chasing up via email and text. Would not recommend to anyone.

Just had a new Worcester Bosch and Wave installed by the amazing Craig and his team. Our old combi packed in leaving us with no heat or hot water, with no real knowledge of what we needed or how to get it replaced with confusing websites and hard to find info. Craig was there the same evening we got in touch, and stood out hugely from all the salesmen and other guys we'd had round for quotes just looking for a quick bit of money. Craig was the most honest, friendly and helpful person we could have hoped for. From the first visit, to regular update texts and phone calls until the job was complete, The Boiler Change Co made what was a stressful situation a worry and hassle free experience from start to even days after the job was finished, and we know he'll be there for the next 10 years of our warranty. From myself, wife, pup and bump, we are now back to having our home toasty warm. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Craig and his team recently replaced our boiler. Would thoroughly recommend theses guys - honest, reliable and very competitively priced. The advice given both before and during the work was impartial and informative and we didn't feel at any time like we were being ripped off or being sold products or services that were unnecessary. Work was completed in a day and the guys were friendly, polite and left the place clean and tidy. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

I can highly recommend this company. I had a previous terrible experience with my heating installation so when my boiler needed replaced I was very anxious, but Craig put me at ease and although the installation wasn't straightforward, Craig and Alan done a brilliant job, very professional, knowledgable and reliable.

I Would highly recommend The Boiler Change Company to everyone. They installed our new boiler last year, doing an excellent job, and have just serviced it. They are very reliable, neat and tidy and are really nice guys. They delivered a service above and beyond expectations (for example installing a new valve to stop a leaking radiator free of charge while servicing the boiler).

Knowing it can be expensive to buy a new boiler I was worried about spending such a lot with the "wrong" company but I needn't have worried as from start to finish I was very impressed after speaking to Craig who came out to provide a quote for me as he was very reassuring about what needed to be done and what I could expect. The men who fitted the boiler also made you feel like they really know their stuff and they did the job leaving no mess at all! Throughout the install Craig kept me up to date with text messages which was very helpful and was always keen to ensure I was happy and asking if they could help with anything else? Although it has only been a few days since the job was completed everything has been great and it has been made clear that any time I need any help from Craig and the team they are only a phone-call away :) WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND :).

We had our old combi boiler upgraded to a Worcester Bosch to improve on energy efficiency. The price quoted was cheaper than the prices quoted by Green Deal accredited companies even taking into account the £400 cash back we could claim back with them. Very professional manner and good understanding of boilers during the process for quoting. The work done was clean, carried out efficiently and to time and with a pleasant manner. A follow up visit to fit a cover underneath the boiler was also hassle free, although the finish on this could have been a little neater. Have been told it will take several weeks for the warranty paperwork to arrive so cannot comment on that yet, however overall very pleased indeed with the service we have received and with the boiler fitted. Thank you.

From the moment we contacted the company via their website the service provided was exceptional. Rapid response to enquiry with follow up call, appointment to view and then booking the job in once we had decided to go ahead. The job was completed to our full satisfaction in a professional and friendly manner. All completed on time and to a very high standard. Just had a new boiler installed by the Boiler Change company. I found them extremely well priced, (over £600 less than a national gas company quoted and for a better spec boiler), the guys were very polite, very knowledgeable, very tidy, and punctual, I found the little things like keeping in touch by text to be a really nice touch. All in all an extremely professional company who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering a new boiler.
