Avoid This Bodyshop at All Costs. I am writing this review as a warning to others—do not trust this bodyshop with your vehicle. I made the mistake of commissioning them to respray my car after a previous garage had already botched the job. Unfortunately, this experience turned out to be even worse. Initially, they provided a quote, but it quickly became clear that this was just a starting point. Despite the agreed-upon scope of work, they continuously added extra charges, ultimately inflating the final bill by 50% beyond the original price. This kind of pricing strategy feels dishonest and exploitative. What was supposed to be a three-week project dragged on for nearly seven months, and even after all that time, the quality of work was far below what was promised. The paintwork is riddled with defects—blistering across multiple panels and still soft six months after completion, clear signs that they rushed the process and failed to allow proper curing. Instead of taking responsibility, they blame others and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. Additionally, my car was returned with new damage and flaws that were not present when I handed it over. Despite raising concerns, the shop showed zero accountability, constantly making excuses instead of addressing the problems. This business may have had a good reputation in the past, but those days are long gone. Today, it operates with poor workmanship, deceptive pricing, and a complete lack of professionalism. Outstanding, I consider myself a fussy person when it comes to my vehicles… I have now met a garage that a greater vision than my own. From start to finish becca has kept me well informed with updates images and videos. From thinking the car would never be seen again to having her back, better than before. Special thanks to the team, becca and of course Fred. What an amazing team you have, in the strangest of ways, I'm happy I met you all.

Just want to thank you Rebecca and your team for the repair work you did on my Lexus last week. I was pleased to get it back looking as good as new. So pleased with the whole experience. Very friendly people, amazing customer service collecting my car and returning it the next day by Rebecca and Reggie, looking like new. There was a lot of work done repairing the front bumper to a high standard and considering I had been told by another garage that I needed a new bumper I was very happy with the result. Just been helped by Martin at The Bodyshop who was so helpful. My car had been knocked and I took it to The Bodyshop to check the damage. Martin checked it on the spot - the bumper had dislodged. Martin repaired it there and then and would not charge for it as he said it was was simple and minor. Amazing service and so kind. Thank you Martin.

Dropped into Bodyshop to get BMW X1 wheel arch fitted and was impressed by the friendly, helpful customer service. Would definitely recommend the BodyShop.

The door seals on my Ford Focus had come loose. The Bodyshop were happy to deal with this on the spot. Extremely friendly and efficient - I will certainly be using them again.
