Wiemann wardrobes supplied and assembled by The bedroom Shop The guys where very helpful and did an excellent Job We had a slight problem with a door, but this was rectified within a couple of days. Nathan was very helpful at the showroom. Very nice company to work with.

I have furnished 2 bedrooms from the bedroom shop. The first set was great. The second had a slight misalignment of one drawer on the wardrobe which affected another drawer making it difficult to open. I text Claire and she immediately reassured me and ordered a replacement wardrobe. Within 2 weeks the new wardrobe arrived. I am very impressed with the firms considation fort their customers. I would recommend them to anyone. Really thrilled. ? .

After having a full refit of my bedroom I can say I'm extremely happy with the quality of my bed, matress and fitted sliding wardrobes not only that the staff at the bedroom shop where professional and very courteous when working in my house, I would recommend anyone to give them a call you wont be disappointed.

My Son's new Double Bed and Mattress was delivered and put together this morning, the lads where ontime and just got on with it professionally, they even removed all the rubbish. Thank you to the bedroom shop, had my slide robe delivered and assembled today, I can honestly say the service was excellent the guys were super efficient and followed social distancing rules regarding COVID. The slide robe was built in no time and everything was left clean and tidy. I am really pleased with the slide robe it is exactly was I looking for, good value for money and excellent build quality. I Bought beautiful bed and mattress from Bedroom Shop couple of weeks ago. Couldn't be happier! I was looking for good quality bed in friendly price for long time and everywhere! Now I finally found one! Bed look just Gorgeous and its stable, the mattress is very comfortable. I use to have a bad back pain, no anymore. Very friendly, helpful stuff and service. Visited the factory show room and selected the bedroom furniture, excellent communications and customer services, Arranged for them to hold the furniture due to the new build being delayed, one again excellent service, furniture delivery completed by confident cable staff, fully wrapped and protected against travel damage. Unfortunately travel damage was not the issue, quality control, or lack of quality control, scratched doors and tops, gaps between joints were glue had been allowed to set prior to the build process, rounded edges and split edge trims. Really poor quality, awaiting the units to be changed by the company.

Visited the bedroom shop 10 days ago, picked the units we wanted arranged a delivery date and time units arrived on time delivered to the room as requested. Over the moon with the whole transaction, very helpful from day one the whole staff are a credit to the company, I would recommend this company without hesitation, the quality of the furniture is excellent. We had a quote for over £2200, from another company, believe the units we have just bought is better quality and saved me nearly £1700. .

Really impressed with this company! They were really helpful when we visited the showroom and helped to design the perfect bed for us. The guys who delivered were really respectful of my new build house which I was nervous about carpets being ruined, but they were really professional and even though I had laid down dust sheets they did provide their own. The quality of the bed and mattress is amazing! In fact I’ve never had a bed this good. The bed frame looks really expensive for a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend and I’ll be looking to purchase one for the spare room.

We found a wardrobe that we liked online. We visited The Bedroom Shop website, following recommendations from friends on social media. Having taken the trouble to travel to Billinge from Liverpool to view the wardrobe and meet the people involved, we were assured by Connah, a very helpful and polite young man, that there would be no problem getting what we wanted. However, on returning home. I tried to order by telephone. This was a mistake because I am still waiting for a call back from the female assistant who dealt with my enquiry. So much for good customer service ……! I phoned back the next day and I was totally dismayed when I was told that the delivery men would not deliver to Newcastle! We have just moved house so needed all new wardrobes as our last house was fitted wardrobes. From start to finish it was a very pleasurable experience, from. Going to the showroom choosing what was needed with helpful staff that new about what stock levels was available. Then the delivery day came and went as smith as possible. Even the slight glitch of us getting not getting keys on time was no trouble to them. They just accommodate us in whatever we needed. So would highly recommend.
