We now have the bathroom we've always wanted thanks to Luis! He was punctual, tidy and responsive - a true professional. This was the first renovation we'd ever done and it went so smoothly thanks to him. The process was only completed on time. We would definitely hire him again to do renovate our other bathroom in the future!

Luis assisted us with the planning and sourcing of bathroom items as well as providing a professional on site team. Most importantly for me was completing the extensive works in an exacting time frame as I had flown in especially from overseas. We were very pleased with the outcome. He offered good suggestions, responded in a timely manner and I could not recommend him more highly.

Luis has just completed a complete refurbishment of our small bathroom. Luis and his team recently completely renovated and refitted my bathroom with fantastic results. The refit included extensive building work to provide a separate shower and changed layout, including rebuilding a cupboard to form a shower and building a new cupboard, as well as retiling, decorating, and fitting of bathroom fixtures and furniture. Luis was incredibly reliable and efficient. He was extremely supportive during the lead up, providing a detailed quotation listing a schedule of work and fittings required, and responding patiently to my many queries with suggestions and improvements. He started promptly on the date agreed and completed the work quickly and within the estimated time. He covered exposed surfaces, sucked up dust, and cleaned up every evening before leaving, reducing disruption to a minimum. The final finished bathroom is a delight. I thoroughly recommend Luis to anyone looking to create or renovate a bathroom.

I used Luis for a complete renovation and installation of a new bathroom in our 2-bed Top Floor Flat in Crouch End. From start to finish, I was highly impressed, from the communication prior to commencing the work, including the entirety of the work itself and also the post work-care as well. Luis was punctual, reliable, efficient, clean and clearly takes immense pride in his craftsmanship. He is happy to answer any queries, no matter how trivial. He inspires a great degree of confidence and you really feel like you're in safe hands with him. Luis and his team redeveloped our main bathroom which was incredibly outdated. They did an incredible job. From the very beginning Luis was very professional and patient with our many requests. He created CAD drawings for us with different layouts to help us visualise the final product. The quote and estimate stage was also very clear cut and easy to follow. When the team started the work they made sure to protect all the floors leading to the bathroom very carefully. They worked diligently and completed the bathroom within 10 days. I can thoroughly recommend The Bathroom Works. We had a tricky bathroom to renovate in beamed room with a sloping roof in a Grade 2 listed building (see pic). Luis calmly came up with solutions and designs for every element, including installing a wet room, renovating external lead pipe drainage and building a bespoke vanity unit. Very high quality of work, attention to detail and a very nice person to deal with. Excellent service in all aspects.

Luis is a true professional in every sense of the word. We had some specific requirements that other fitters couldn't work around, whereas he just proposed a nice solution that worked perfectly fine. One of the key points for me was the attention to detail, he made sure that every little thing was done and finished properly - which we really appreciate! All in all would recommend for every bathroom renovation!

We had been apprehensive about refurbishing our bathroom, but Luis immediately allayed our fears. He was reassuringly pragmatic and had practical solutions for all of our concerns. He measured up the room and immediately provided professional and polished suggestions and ideas that we had not even considered. These were offered in Luis’ pleasant manner, and we were not pressured to accept any ideas we did not want. Every single aspect of the renovation was undertaken with care and precision. We have lived with the bathroom now for several weeks and have only come to appreciate and admire it more. Luis has recently converted our bathroom into a wet room. His professionalism and workmanship is excellent, taking into account the smallest detail. From his first visit he was extremely helpful, providing a detailed quotation listing a schedule of work and fittings required as well as layout options. Luis and his assistant took great care protecting the work area and clearing up every night. Luis produced a high quality of work that he would expect in his own home and kept to the timescale and price. We have absolutely no problem in recommending Luis and would definitely use him again for any future work.

I cannot recommend Luis and all at The Bathroom Workshop highly enough. From start to finish the process has been seamless. Communication through out whether by email or phone was conducted in a timely manner. Storage was of great importance to us. Their design and creativity utilised our minimal space to its full potential. With the company replacing both of our bathrooms simultaneously, the gents worked conscientiously to ensure that we still had useable facilities whilst at the same time completing swiftly. Luis and his colleague completed our ensuite bathroom and the family bathroom in our house. Luis provided advice from the start on the bathroom fittings, supplying when he had a better option. He showed professionalism, efficiency and reliability. He delivered on time the two bathrooms (11 days each! ) He is methodical, organised and knows what he is doing (unlike a lot of builders I used in the past). I recommend him without any hesitation.

Luis has completely refitted all three bathrooms in our modern house, taking just a month. It's been a great outcome, very interesting to observe: good design, excellent interaction and advice before he started, with the work done almost without a break, each step leading seamlessly to the next and each day finishing with a defined and planned end point - and then careful cleaning up. The quality of the work is excellent - real attention to detail, applied with great experience, imagination and flexibility. Inevitably, in such a job there will be glitches, and how they're dealt with tells a lot: here they were handled without fuss and at once, without breaking stride. It's been a very impressive demonstration of professionalism and knowledge, and the outcome is very pleasing. Recommended!

Luis recently finished a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. He listened carefully to our wishes, produced a comprehensive design and made adjustments as requested. The graphics of how the bathroom would look, from a few different angles, were particularly helpful. Before starting work, Luis and his assistant carefully covered down all areas between the front door and the bathroom to minimise dust in the carpet. Luis and his colleague arrived promptly every day and worked diligently all day. At the end of each day, they tidied all their tools together and vacuumed up the worst of the mess. They removed any debris at the end of each day. The work is of a high standard and I do not hesitate in recommending Luis.

I have just had my shower room upgraded by Luis and his assistant. It is a long time since I have had any stranger do work in my house and my experience was beyond any expectations. Luis came to measure the room, made very constructive suggestions as to how to proceed and several days later we received his quote which we accepted. In emails he detailed exactly what materials he was to provide and what was our responsibility. This was accompanied by links to various websites to purchase the various fittings and tiles. On arrival at the house, he made sure that the areas in which he needed to work were well protected and on finishing he left them spotless. He worked extremely hard in a confined space and joy of joys, provided his own coffee. The result is a very high quality result and I have asked him to now quote for another bathroom. .

I have just had both of my bathrooms completely renovated by the Bathroom Workshop. The works started at the agreed date and were completed on time. The communication and workmanship was of the highest quality. Both bathrooms had unforeseen difficulties and Luis solved them easily and with no extra charge. Had a really good experience with Luis and his team. The first promising sign was when Luis made some really innovative design suggestions for how we could fit everything we wanted into our small bathroom without making it feel crowded. His quote was more expensive than others we had, but comfortably within our budget so we were happy to go with him for the added value. He then advised us on the fixtures and fittings, making sure that we bought the right size items and recommend higher-quality options to some of our choices, while keeping within our budget. The quality of the work is excellent and the bathroom turned out better than our most ambitious dreams. We were also really pleased with how clean he left the flat at the end of the job. Would recommend highly.

The Bathroom Workshop were not the cheapest quote we had nor the dearest. Their Spec. Was the best and their plan was the best, thanks to careful study and measurement. The job was a downstairs cloakroom and the quality of workmanship was high, again with careful attention to detail. Advice and assistance were provided in choice of fittings, and colours just as chosen. Luis and his team were tidy workers causing the minimum disruption, and in Covid times, self sufficient for refreshments. They were friendly, courteous and easy to deal with. The job was finished on time to blend in with existing decor in early April, 2021. We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
