Our interlocking cast iron weight system has been specifically designed to make testing safer, more straight forward and better documented than traditional test weight hire.

With configurations from 20kg to hundreds of tonnes, depots in England, Scotland and mainland Europe with weights typically available for immediate delivery. We can support your load testing projects at short notice or work with you planning future projects.

Most test weights are an afterthought – repurposed steel blocks or concrete slabs secured with cargo lashing straps, supplied with little or no documentation and presenting real risks on site. Our system was designed from the ground up to address these problems.

The interlocking 5Te and 1Te cast iron weights slot together and are secured by a positive interlocking design – no lashing straps are required at any point in the assembly. Each weight has integral lift points and inspection certificates are included with every delivery.

The result is a load testing process that is genuinely safer, faster to rig and properly documented from start to finish.
