Terry's Minor Maintenance

Terry and his team mate did some fencing for me in my new home. He was recommended to me by a friend but exceeded all my expectations, I was over the moon with the end result. What a difference and they had quite a job on their hands as the old fence was all broken and a real mess. The workmanship was highly professional in all aspects, and Terry went the extra mile to ensure the finish (with lots of awkward bits) blended perfectly and completed to the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Terry, in fact my neighbour was so impressed, she has asked him to do some fencing for her too. The site was left very clean and tidy after all rubbish had been cleared. Great job !

A very professional job carried out by two hard working and respectful staff. Not only did Terry come up with the solution to my problems regarding the garden path, his final bill was lower than the quote. The team arrived at the time and on the day they had promised and they cleaned up to such an extent that my mother is asking me why I don't have it looking this way all the time. Thank you gentlemen. Terry put up two fence panels for us, expertly installed and very secure. He came on the day that he said he would and left the site very clean. We are very pleased.

We engaged Terry to paint our soil pipe white which was flaking paint and yellowing. He arrived on time and carried out all works to our satisfaction at a very reasonable price, He left the area clean and tidy. He even painted our black windowsill as well as some paint inadvertently dripped onto it.

A gem of a handyman. I had issues with my gutters and Terry quickly and efficiently rectified the problem quickly. I've booked him again to sort another job. A pleasant and knowledgeable chap. .

A DIY master. Highly recommend him. He does an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Work carried out: Hall, Landing and Woodwork painted. 2 x fence panels and post replaced and replacing 2 bathroom tiles. I can not recommend Terry enough, professional, extremely hard working, pleasant and just goes above and beyond. Terry was only supposed to decorate the hall and landing but The recent storms snapped a fence post and took 2 panels with it Terry sourced the panels and post and my only complaint is he did such a good job it makes the rest of the fence look shabby! I asked his advice about 2 cracked tiles in the family bathroom and he has taken them up and made them like new. He is very busy and with good reason, so if you can wait he is well worth that wait.

I was very pleased with Terry’s work ethic and punctuality. Completed all jobs asked of him in a very efficient and professional manner. Cutting down a dead tree, hedge cutting, patio cleaning, a small painting job. Nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending him.

I required a few paving slabs to be laid border. Terry arrived on time and the slabs which needed cutting in were laid with precision. A pleasure to deal with.

Terry was recommended to me by my son and I can understand why. He has recently taken down and replaced my six foot fence, cutting back overgrown bushes. His work ethic is remarkable - he never stops. He also did some repairs to my gatepost. All rubbish was taken away and the garden left in a cleaner, tidier state than when he arrived. I do not hesitate to recommend this good natured, friendly, hard working man.

Terry's Minor Maintenance was referred to us by two friends who have used Terry previously and have been very pleased with is work. So we asked him to come and decorate our kitchen and utility rooms, and also arrange for some new carpet. He is friendly and chatty and we got on well. His work has been excellent, no mess has been left behind, he arrived at the time and on the days that he said, and did a superb job, even repairing some artex in a bathroom that had been left in a sorry state by a plumber recently. His bill for the work was well prepared, detailed, and was very fair in price. We have been so pleased that we have now booked him for some other jobs, We have thanked him, and said a very big thank you to the friends who recommended him.

Terry arrived on time and soon started work. Cleaned gutters thoroughly, washed and polished gutters, facias and soffits. Left work area clean and tidy. Did an excellent job. Very pleased with both work and price charged and would definitely use Terry Minor Maintenance again.

Terry replaced some of our upstairs floorboards. Terry was excellent from start to finish. He was quick to respond. His work was tidy, left everything clean and he did a superb job. Really happy with the result. I would highly recommend Terry.

Terry has done a very good job by sourcing and replacing the door handles on both exterior doors of our property front and back, also a new letterbox, so the doors look very smart now. The guttering had a faulty joint which let the rainwater through. We're pleased to say that Terry successfully repaired this. At the same time he also helped our neighbour with a spare bracket which she needed. I can recommend Terry. He is cheerful, friendly and trustworthy.

I am very pleased with the work Terry has done on my property, he cleaned moss off my roof, replaced light fittings and cleaned the gutters, removing all the debris. I would certainly have him come again to do maintenance.

Clean gutters, clean and polish all facias and sofits; remove small amounts of moss on roof; replace ceiling light in porch; replace halogen with LED downlights in kitchen; replace halogen bulbs in extractor hood. A man of many skills, Terry did an excellent job throughout, carefully and with justified pride in his work. He is cheerful and resourceful, tackling unexpected problems with confident ease. He supplied a detailed estimate and completed the work within it and on time. I have recommended him to my neighbours.
