I would highly recommend George at Telion. His drawing are very high quality and he is very good with ideas. Pricing is very competitive.

I can't recommend George from Telion designs enough. He spent a long time discussing different options and finding solutions to problems. As well as giving great ideas we'd have never thought of. He was always easy to get hold of and explained everything well. Furthermore he's just very friendly and easy to discuss the design with.

We asked Telion to architect a reshape of the internals of the downstairs of our house. They professionally completed the redesign, running through a number of options, then submitted the completed agreed design to the local authority and helped arrange structural engineer calculations. The plans were approved without change/question and the work has now been completed to those designs. We're very pleased with the outcome.

Telion sorted out all the drawings and planning permission as part of a joint application wth our neighbours for two full-height side extensions. They also put us in touch with the builder we ultimately appointed to do the works and were always available to provide useful advice and clarifications.

Telion Architectural Designs carried out the designs and planning for my rear extension and loft conversion on my property. Everything was done quickly and very professionally and I would defiantly use again and recommend.

The latter was vital to ensure the quotes were broken down such that they could be compared. Went the extra mile to help me negotiate with builders to reduce the prices and to make sure everything was covered.

Telion did a good job for us, incorporating all of our ideas and wishes into the final design, and working well with the local authority planning and Building Regulations officers. We would use them again and have recently recommended them to our neighbours who are having work done, and they are equally pleased with Telion.

George was incredibly professional, offering timely advice from the outset. He was also able to discuss our project with structural engineers when the detail became a little too involved for us to understand. A very good follow up and took a genuine interest in the project as it progressed.

We used Telion for a rear extension and dormer for our bungalow. We have no complaints about the process. Telion used computer-generated 3d drawings to give an estimate of how it would look, which was beneficial. We also received expert advice on the complicated world of planning permission, and the best way to proceed to achieve our desired outcome. I have attached an image of the completed rear extension (now a kitchen) for reference.

We used this company to take us through to the build process of a loft conversion and rear single storey extension. This was complicated by the fact we were living abroad through most of the process. The company used modern technology in order to conduct remote planning meetings over the internet where we could see and modify the plans as we went on. The company was knowledgable about the planning process and showed great perseverance to take us through some ups and downs to get an agreed solution. The company were friendly, helpful, full of good ideas and advice and really flexible.

Finding that we needed a more spacious kitchen, Telion Architectural Designs was recommended to us by friends of ours who had used the service. George Tzialli was very helpful from the outset. He suggested some alternative solutions which fulfilled and went beyond our original brief. George translated these ideas into 3D perspective drawings and this made our final choice so much easier.
