Just had a TV repaired by Nigel at Abertillery Digital TV. On first contact I explained the problem over the phone, The TV was completely dead An appointment was made immediately to drop off the TV, which was no problem as I live locally. The same day Nigel contacted me to say the problem was a failed Mother Board. He quoted a price that was acceptable and said it would be a few days to order the board, install it and run tests. A few days later Nigel rang to say the board had been fitted, all tests were completed successfully and we arranged a time for collection. This was all done in less time than it would have taken me to take the TV to the tip, purchase a new one and all at considerably less cost. Further more Nigel struck me as being very kind considerate and a real gentleman. This is no exaggeration, full marks to Nigel. I would not hesitate to use Nigel again and would recommend others to do the same.Moreexpand_more

As always Nigel was fantastic. Solved my strange problems with the tv very quickly and charged less than I had been expecting. Also gave my son very helpful advice about a problem he was having with his tv too. It was a real pleasure to meet him again.

Amazing job again, Nigel! I had a 65-inch Samsung TV and the motherboard for the internet functions had stopped working. I called Nigel to see if he could fix it, and to my surprise, he did an amazing job. I really appreciate his help. We had a television from Samsung. It went blank. Nigel took it away to check it over found the screen was the problem. We only had a year. Informed Argos. They ask for a report. Nigel. My OLED tv completely shut down so contacted Nigel at Abertillery Digital TV. After a very brief conversation he was very confident of the issue and my TV was collected and returned perfectly. Would highly recommend as he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable.

Nigel provided a first class service. My flat screen TV broke down and I thought it would be unrepairable due to its age. However Nigel diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part and now it is working again perfectly and all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Nigel and his TV services. I Contacted Nigel about a fault with my 22mth old 8k Samsung TV. He quickly diagnosed a faulty screen. Advised me that the tv was beyond economic repair as the screen alone was £1000. He then advised me to contact samsung and trading standards which I'm currently pursuing. I can't fault his service and will definitely be recommending him to family and friends 10/10 thank you.
