Nigel was true to his word and picked up the tv when he said he would and returned it three days later. He had identified the fault beforehand, it’s now working perfectly. I’m so pleased with the service that Nigel offers and would recommend him to anyone.

Nigel was prompt answering my queries and then collected the television to repair. As soon as parts were received Nigel fixed and returned the Tv. Its as good as new. I would recommend Nigel for all your tv repairs.

Highly recommend! We acquired a 65" LG TV off a friend, which they were getting rid of as it had broken - all we needed to do was fix it. Nigel was excellent, he picked the TV up, fixed it and dropped it off for us, which was all inclusive of the price quoted. The TV works perfectly, it's like brand new. Nigel also went that extra mile and gave us a lead so we could get the TV set up that day. Thanks Again.

Great service. LG OLED 55in TV no power light / failing to switch on. Rang Abertillery Digital TV (Nigel) on Thursday and explained the issue. Received quote by text. TV collected on Friday and returned in full working order on Wednesday. The repair was cost effective and very reasonable when compared to purchasing a similar replacement TV. Highly recommend this company, had a Samsung TV repaired years ago and still going strong. Recently had problems with another TV and rather than a call out charge discussed symptoms over the phone and was told no repair would be possible. Sad, but at least I did not have the added cost of a call out. Hopefully will never need a TV repair again, but if I do, I will definitely be using this company.

I emailed Saturday night. There was a response by Sunday morning. Another e. Mail by me and advice from Nigel. The advice worked. - it was like magic for me. All this on a Sunday and at NO cost. I was expecting a visit and call out charge. How exhilarating to get a genuine tradesman who was willing to help. Rather than taking advantage of a customer. Nigel was very friendly, helpful and whilst he was carrying out the repair he even loaned me a tv at no extra cost, so that we weren’t without. Which I thought was a nice touch. I would recommend anyone who needs any tv repair work done to give him a try as this is the 2nd time I have used him.

Found Nigel online contacted him regarding my Samsung tv he was quick to respond and picked up tv my faulty part was replaced and the tv was back with me within a week back to working order Nigel goes above and beyond to get your tv fixed and returned as quick as he can would definitely recommend him if you have any faulty tvs.

I contacted Nigel because of a fault with my LG OLED TV. Another repairer had told me that nothing could be done about it as spare parts would not be available because of the age of the set. It was three months over six years old! Nigel obtained the part required and fixed it in a week at what seemed to me a very reasonable price. He is a most skilled and knowledgeable technician and I thoroughly recommend his services.
