Really want to praise the people at Teletech, Wellington. I've been using them for years for my phone and TV services. They are always professional, helpful, pleasant and trying to save you money, unlike some other businesses! Can't rate them highly enough… Keep up the good work!

Teletech, once again have diagnosed and solved the problem with my TV and Wifi. Everything was expedited by Harvey with appropriate speed, skill,efficiency, knowledge and the best in customer service. As a small business owner I have no hesitation in highly recommending this local company for their professionalism, staff and overall excellent quality of service. Definitely my go to people.

Paul, Sam and the team are great. We have used them for cabling, tv aerials, Starlink and WiFi. First class service, great at discreet cabling, and they know their market exceptionally well. They are busy, because they are so good at what they do. I’d thoroughly recommend them especially if you are prepared to wait for them to fit you in to their busy schedule. Customer service skills excellent.

My second review as our second job from Paul and his team. Paul is an amazing expert- both his technical knowledge and problem solving abilities are second to none. They were the only firm able to solve our internet problems. They are understandably very busy, but worth waiting for.

Superb service! We have used Teletech for a number of years but this time round we went for one of their CCTV systems that they install. They are not cheap, but then that is not what we were looking for, we knew that Paul and his team only install 'high end' equipment and offer a 'high end installation'. And once again we were not let down! We are over the moon with the system, very easy to use and we know that Paul and his team of highly skilled professionals are only a phone call away. Would highly recommend!

We moved to a big old manor house in Somerset in October last year and have been struggling for 6 months to get internet around the house (can't tell you how tired we got of the little Netflix circle going round and round when trying to stream! ). Then I had the good fortune to find Teletech. Paul visited within a couple of days to carry out a thorough survey and to reassure us that he and the team could get us a reliable and consistent service. And he was true to his word. Two weeks later Paul, Sam, Lloyd and Dan had done a great job installing the new system and removing, whilst they were at it, lots of redundant cabling. The result is we now have fast and reliable internet coverage around all the areas of the house where it is essential and even into those areas where it isn't. They were the epitome of professionalism - knowledgable, reliable, proficient and competent, courteous and tidy and great value for money. We highly recommend them for the excellent service they provide.

Loss of television channels. We contacted Teletech who arranged a visit the following morning, Sam and Lloyd arrived diagnosed the fault explained it as a faulty amplifier in the loft and replaced it. They retuned our television and explained the cost.

Our IT requirements during an extensive renovation project have been complex and prolonged. Teletech have provided an exceptional service, involving multiple visits at different stages of the project. They have provided a friendly, flexible and professional service at all times. We now have a fully-integrated and functional system that meets all our work and entertainment needs.

Re-connected us to the wider world after our line went down because of a damp problem,and repositioned the socket to avoid the problem recurring; superbly helpful and friendly service.

This is the second time I have used Teletech. I needed a further aerial point in one of my bedrooms so called them and asked for their assistance. James quickly arranged an early morning appointment so that I could go on to work afterwards if required. Appointment arranged for 8. Am and a knock on the door arrived at 8. Am, after another discussion and review James and Sam just got on with what was necessary, then ensured my TV upstairs was retuned and the settings were at its optimal performance. James asked a couple of questions, explained what he had done to enable the 3rd point, gave me some general advise about what to look out for if signal is weakening. In general a very professional, friendly and reliable experience from a local business. I have used Teletech Services three times, twice for satellite work and once for telecom rewiring, every time James (tea, milk no sugar), has been helpful, friendly, clean and tidy, so I have no trouble in highly recommending them to anyone needing their services.

Turned up on time, bearing in mind my property is difficult to locate. Worked solidly for 4 hours and did above and beyond what the original call out was for. Advice and recommendations were very helpful in making an informed decision on work I wanted doing. Both Paul and James work cleanly and tidily and are friendly. Price I had to pay for all that was done today was extremely reasonable and will definitely be using their company again in the future.

James arrived on time to sort out our TV system following house move. This was not easy for him as the whole system had to be refigured. We have used the company before and have found their work to be professional, high quality and very reasonably priced. They are very trustworthy and honest and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Was having a signal problem with freeview off the Mendip Transmitter. Paul and James arrived at the exact appointment time, checked out my installation and recommended a solution. Before installing the external aerial they rigged up a trial aerial to demonstrate to me the improvement in signal strength that I would receive. Impressed by the professionalism I decided to go ahead with the work which was carried out to a very high standard and everything left clean and tidy. Very happy with the results of their work. Highly recommended team.

Had a phone ringer problem missing many calls and causing much concern. I was most impressed with the expertise, diagnostics and speed with which Paul Milton remedied the fault. Fantastic service, fast, reliable, tidy work and turn up on time with a phone call "on route". Made a repair to current TV aerial installation and very happy to reuse parts which were not damaged rather than just replace everything. Didn't even charge for the aerial pole! Such a sturdy and heavy duty installation I am unlikely to ever have to use them again as I think the installation will last decades! Fully recommend them.

Problems with bad broadband speed, advised by ISP to move Master socket. Contacted TeleTech he came out to move sockets for fixed-price. Very impressive level of expertise problem solving and testing. After the engineer worked for most of the morning great results. Even asked to text proprietor to confirm final results and make sure everything was okay.

I required my telephone wiring and master socket updated. This was May 2012. Teletech came and understood my requirements and did an excellent job. My broadband speed increased considerably because the original wiring was bad and the Teletech rewiring was ideal. Great value for money compared to Openreach.

I have used Teletech Services over several years on large (75+ outlets) and small (domestic) systems and always been impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Having retired from a career in telecommunications, I appreciate a company that understands the problems, does the maths and delivers the goods!
